Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an oil / water separation apparatus suitable for a facility that requires oil / water separation, such as a fishery processing factory, a food processing factory, and a grease trap such as a workplace using oil.
In facilities that produce oils and fats as waste liquids such as fishery processing factories, food processing factories, restaurants, etc., and workplaces where oil such as cutting oil related to machine equipment such as car bodies and machine tools and waste oil generated at the time of dismantling are generated, There is a need for a facility for storing wastewater containing grease (grease), which is called grease trap, for temporary storage without trapping. The grease wrap is usually divided into several blocks, and the oil and fat components that have gradually floated are separated from the turbid waste liquid. This treatment of fats and oils requires daily cleaning of the fats and oils floated on a daily basis, which requires regular cleaning by a specialist, and increases management costs. Furthermore, if the cleaning is neglected, bad odors and pests are generated, and there is a problem of being unsanitary.
Oil / water separators that can be used for this grease trap have been proposed, but oil / water separation and oil / fat removal have been shortened, and the oil / water separation ability has been improved, such as increasing the oil / fat content in the oil / fat to be removed. There was a problem in coexistence with the oil-water separator that is easy to maintain. For example, in Patent Document 1, the belt member has a structure in which a mesh material made of stainless steel is formed in a belt shape, and a trough for oil recovery is disposed below the drive roller, and adheres to the mesh belt and has an upper surface. A device for collecting floating oil is described in which floating oil floating in the tank is stored in a bucket and dropped and collected on a basket. However, although the device described in Patent Document 1 has a simple structure that is relatively easy to reduce in size, only the floating oil is attached to the belt, and the ability to remove oils and fats is low. There was a problem that it took time to remove.
However, the apparatus described in
Further,
The removal of fats and oils from grease traps is required at various facilities, but the oil / water concentration ratio of oil trap water in small facilities, especially depending on the work contents, time, season, season, etc. In many cases, the fluidity of oil water changes greatly. Therefore, an oil / water separator for use in such a facility is required to be able to quickly adjust the separability and processing capacity of the oil / fat in the oil / water to be removed on site.
As described above, the device described in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which the device configuration is relatively easy to change, but has a problem that the ability to remove supernatant oil and fat is low. In addition, the floating oil and fat recovery device and the oil / water separation device described in
The problem to be solved by the present invention is a structure that is easy to miniaturize so that it can be easily adapted to a facility with grease traps, and has a high ability to separate oil and water. It is an object of the present invention to provide an oil / water separator that easily adjusts the separability and processing capacity of an oil / fat to be removed when it fluctuates or the fluidity of the oil / fat greatly changes.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor has found that the following inventions meet the above object, and have reached the present invention.
The oil / water separation device of the present invention comprises an oil / water separation tank in which turbid oil water is retained and separated, and the separated oil water overflows, and an oil / water supply means for supplying oil water from an oil / water storage tank to the oil / water separation tank. A water amount adjusting means for adjusting the amount of oil water overflowing from the oil / water separation tank; and an oil / fat content removing means for removing oil / fat content floating on the water surface of the oil / water separation tank; The roller has an outer surface of the oil / water separation tank according to the height of the water surface of the oil / water separation tank so that the oil and fat floating on the water surface of the oil / water separation tank rides on the circumferential surface of the roller during rotation. The oil-water separator is provided at the lower part of the roller, and is provided with a water recovery means for receiving and recovering the water that has overflowed from the oil-water separation tank and removed the fat and oil. To do.
With this configuration, the oil / water supply means is a grease trap or the like, the turbid oil water in the oil / water storage tank is sent to the oil / water separation tank, and the oil / water separated from the oil / water separation tank at the flow rate adjusted by the water volume adjusting means overflows. By removing the oil and fat separated so as to float in the oil and water separation tank with the roller that is the oil and fat removing means, and collecting the water from which the oil and fat has been separated by the water collecting means at the bottom of the roller, The oil / fat content to be removed contained in the oil / water storage tank can be removed. In addition, here, by using a roller for the oil and fat removing means and using a pump for the oil / water supply means, the part to be driven in the entire apparatus is a simple one of at least one roller and one pump. The oil-water separator can be made. Therefore, maintenance is easy, and the entire apparatus can be easily downsized as compared with existing apparatuses. This apparatus can be suitably used for removing fat and oil from grease traps in facilities such as food processing factories. In addition, the oil and water separator's ability to remove fats and oils can be adjusted with simple operations such as starting and stopping the rollers and pumps, and adjusting the flow rate. Easy to adjust minute separation and processing capacity.
In making this adjustment, when the oil / fat concentration in the oil / water is high, a large amount of oil / fat also floats in the upper part of the oil / water separation tank. Since the amount of the overflowing liquid can be removed almost directly as oil and fat without causing water to flow out, the gap between the oil / water separation tank and the roller can be narrowed, and the water level adjusting means can be operated at a high water level. On the other hand, when removing fats and oils from oils and oils with low fats and oils, the amount of fats and oils overflowing from the upper part of the oil / water separation tank is also small. In addition, the gap between the roller and the roller is widened so that the water can easily fall to the water collecting means side. Furthermore, the roller height can be changed according to the viscosity of the oil and fat and the adhesion to the roller. If the oil has a high viscosity or high adhesion, the roller height is set to a higher value. It is preferable to make adjustments such that the roller height is set lower when the oil content is low or has low adhesion.
The rotation axis of the roller is parallel to the water surface of the oil / water separation tank, and the rotation direction of the roller is clockwise when viewed from the side with the oil / water separation tank on the left side and the roller on the right side. It is preferable. By setting it as such a roller arrangement | positioning, it is easy to remove the fats and oils which the roller becomes the supernatant of an oil-water separation tank stably.
It is preferable that the water recovered by the water recovery means is returned to the oil / water storage tank. Even if the fats and oils are not completely separated by staying in the oil / water separation tank, the oil / water can be refluxed. Therefore, the fats and oils contained in the water collected by the water collecting means are removed from the oil / water storage tank. It is supplied again to the separation device and separated and removed. By setting it as such a structure, since an oil-water separation apparatus can be drive | operated, without making residence time in an oil-water separation tank extremely long, the fat removal capability per unit time can be improved.
Further, the water amount adjusting means has an overflow pipe provided in the oil / water separation tank, one end of the overflow pipe is connected to the oil / water separation tank, and the oil water flowing from the other end of the overflow pipe is the oil water It is preferable to be refluxed to the storage tank. With this configuration, the amount of water overflowing from the oil / water separation tank can be adjusted by a simple overflow method using piping. In addition to the recirculation in the water recovery means described above, the oil and fat is separated in the upper part of the oil / water separation tank by the retention in the oil / water separation tank, and the oily water in a state with a large amount of water can be recirculated from the overflow pipe side. The oil and fat fraction in the supernatant of the separation tank can be efficiently increased. In addition, the oil and fat content in the refluxed water is supplied again to the oil / water separator as in the case of the water recovered by the above-described water recovery means, and the oil and fat removal capability as the device can be improved.
Preferably, the oil / water supply means has a check valve, and the check valve is installed inside the oil / water separation tank. Backflow can be prevented by sending a turbid liquid of oil and water into the oil / water separation tank using an oil / water supply means and using a check valve. The oil / water separator of the present invention has an oil / water supply means as appropriate in order to change the operation time depending on the drainage amount of the grease trap to be processed or to stop the water flow by the oil / water supply means and promote oil / water separation in the oil / water separation tank. In some cases, the vehicle is operated discontinuously while being stopped, and it is preferable to provide a check valve to prevent backflow during the stop.
A rack having shelf plates provided in a plurality of stages is provided inside the oil / water separation tank, and the shelf plate preferably has a hole through which a water flow is formed on the end side of the shelf plate. If comprised in this way, the flow of the oil water in an oil-water separation tank will pass the hole separated by the shelf of a rack. The moving distance through which oil and water flows increases. Thereby, the distance of a water flow becomes long and it becomes easy to isolate | separate oil water. Further, if the positions of the holes provided on the end side of the shelf plate are arranged so as to be different from each other on the shelves of the upper and lower stages, the water flow further passes through the whole of the tank for a longer time. Becomes easier to separate.
The oil / water separator according to the present invention is preferably provided with a heater for warming the oil / water in the oil / water separator. The heater prevents the fat and oil from solidifying when the temperature is low, thereby improving fluidity or dissolving the fat and oil in the hardened oil water.
It is preferable that the oil / water supply means is provided with a timer for switching between starting and stopping of the oil / water supply means. Since oil water is not supplied to the oil / water separation tank during the standby time when the oil / water supply means is stopped, the stirring oil does not work and the retained oil / water is easily separated. On the other hand, the oil and fat components floating on the water surface of the oil / water separation tank during the oil / water supply time when the oil / water supply means is activated overflow to the roller side and are removed. By comprising in this way, the floating time of fats and oils can be grasped | ascertained by oil-water separation, and the time for retaining oils and the time for removing fats and oils can be switched automatically by switching with a timer.
According to the present invention, it can be applied to various facilities such as food processing factories and restaurants, work places with grease traps, is configured to easily change the size of the device such as miniaturization, and the time for oil-water separation treatment is short, It is possible to provide an oil / water separator that can respond quickly even if the oil / water concentration ratio and fluidity fluctuate.
Hereinafter, based on FIGS. 1-4, the oil-water separator 1 which is embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.

(Oil and fat removal means)
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2A, in this embodiment, the oil and fat
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
The position of the
As a more specific form of changing the gap width B, a
As shown in FIG. 2B, the fixing
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2A, the oil /
The fat and
Further, a connecting
In addition, as a method of receiving and discarding the oil /
(Moisture recovery means)
As shown in FIG. 3A, the water recovery means 19 that receives and recovers the water overflowing from the oil /
(Water volume adjustment means)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A, the water amount adjusting means 5 is an oily water overflowing from the oil /
As shown in FIG. 3A, the water level H adjusted by the water
In this embodiment, the end of the
(rack)
In FIG. 4, a
In addition, as a method of forming the

<Operation of oil-water separator>
The outline | summary of operation | movement of the oil-water separator in FIG. 1 is demonstrated below.
In FIG. 1, when a pump 4 (not shown) functioning as an oil / water supply unit is turned on from the
When the pump 4 is operated to supply the oil water to the oil /
The oil water flowing out from the
By the above operation being continued by the oil / water separator 1, the oil /
The present invention is an oil-water separator having a high oil-water separation capability and a structure that is easy to miniaturize and excellent in adaptability to changes in the conditions of oil-water to be separated, and is suitably used for food processing factories with grease traps. can do.
