【解決手段】
ステータ、ロータ、前記ロータが固定される回転軸を有するブラシレスモータと、前記回転軸を支持する軸受を保持するハウジングとを有する電動工具であって、前記回転軸外周に、前記ロータを固定する領域から前記軸受手前まで延在する絶縁部材からなるモールドを設けると共に、前記モールド上であって前記ロータと前記軸受との間に金属材料からなるバランサを設け、前記バランサの前記軸受側を向く内周部分に凹部を設けた。

Claims (4)
- ステータ、ロータ、前記ロータが固定される回転軸を有するブラシレスモータと、
前記回転軸を支持する軸受を保持するハウジングとを有する電動工具であって、
前記回転軸外周に、前記ロータを固定する領域から前記軸受手前まで延在する絶縁部材からなるモールドを設けると共に、前記モールド上であって前記ロータと前記軸受との間に金属材料からなるバランサを設け、
前記バランサの前記軸受側を向く内周部分に凹部を設けたことを特徴とする電動工具。 - 前記凹部の外周側面は、前記軸受に向かうに従って径方向外側に向かうよう傾斜した形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動工具。
- 前記バランサと前記軸受との間に、絶縁部材からなるシール部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電動工具。
- 前記回転軸と直交する方向に延在し、前記回転軸の回転を受けて回転するスピンドルと、
前記回転軸の回転力を前記スピンドルに伝達する傘歯車と、
前記傘歯車を収容するギヤケースと、を有することを特徴とする電動工具。
