Description

The present invention relates to a shoulder joint orthosis of a person who has undergone a shoulder joint rotator cuff repair.

On the shoulder of the human body, there is a rotator cuff (hereinafter referred to as “rotator cuff”) in order to stabilize a shoulder joint composed of a spherical humerus skull and a saucer-shaped glenoid. This rotator cuff is the subscapular muscle that acts on the internal rotation and horizontal flexion of the shoulder joint, the supraspinatus that acts on the abduction of the shoulder joint, and the subspinous muscle that acts on the external rotation, abduction and adduction of the shoulder joint , And the tendon of the small circular muscle that acts on the external rotation and adduction of the shoulder joint.

The rotator cuff may tear (including acute tears, degenerative tears, etc.) due to aging accompanying aging, sports using shoulders such as baseball and tennis, and injury such as shoulder dislocation.
When a rotator cuff tear occurs, one of the treatment methods is a rotator cuff tear repairing technique such as suturing the rotator cuff. In the early stage after this rotator cuff repair, the shoulder is fixed using a brace that covers the shoulder of the wearer for the purpose of early recovery of the rotator cuff. The orthosis for fixing the shoulder (hereinafter referred to as “shoulder joint orthosis”) relaxes the peri-shoulder muscles including the repaired rotator cuff (hereinafter referred to as “repair rotator cuff”), and repairs the rotator cuff. It is installed to make it a weak state that is not tense.

As a shoulder joint orthosis, what was disclosed by patent document 1 is known. The shoulder joint orthosis disclosed in this Patent Document 1 is a brace body having a substantially triangular cross section that can be sandwiched between the armpits, and the shoulder joint orthosis on the orthosis body to adjust the abduction angle of the shoulder joint to a required angle. It consists of a required number of angle-adjusting members having a substantially triangular cross-section that can be worn over and an arm belt that can be engaged with the angle-adjusting members so as to fix the arms. Accordingly, a torso belt and a shoulder belt are attached to each other.

In the conventional shoulder joint orthosis disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the upper arm of the wearer is not stable, the muscle around the shoulder joint cannot be sufficiently weakened, causing excessive extension or tension of the muscle around the shoulder joint, and repairing. There was a risk of rupture of the rotator cuff.

From such a background, there is a demand for a shoulder joint orthosis that can make the upper arm of the wearer sufficiently stable so as to reduce the extension or tension of the muscles around the shoulder joint.

The present inventors have found that by extending the shape of a member disposed in the axilla of the wearer, it is possible to reduce the extension or tension of the shoulder periarticular muscle, and have completed the present invention.
That is, the present invention is a shoulder joint orthosis comprising: an axillary pad that is disposed in the axilla and can change its shape; and an angle adjustment pad that is disposed between the forearm and the body side and adjusts the abduction angle of the shoulder joint. I will provide a.

According to the present invention, since the axilla pad arranged in the wearer's axilla can change its shape, the wearer's shoulder joint muscle is sufficiently weakened, and the repaired rotator cuff is not strained Therefore, the occurrence of re-tearing of the repaired rotator cuff can be reduced.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a shoulder joint orthosis according to a mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment is broadly divided into an axillary pad 2 disposed in the axilla of the wearer H, and an angle adjustment pad 3 disposed between the forearm portion and the body side portion B of the wearer H. And comprising. The angle adjustment pad 3 includes a body fixing pad 4 in contact with the body side B of the wearer H and an abduction adjustment pad 5 disposed adjacent to the body fixing pad 4.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment is not essential, but from the viewpoint of improving the wearing feeling, the outer envelope 10 in which the axilla pad 2 and the angle adjustment pad 3 are accommodated, A first fixing belt 6 connected to the outer package 10 and hung around a shoulder that has not undergone repair, a second fixing belt 7 wound around the trunk of the wearer H, and the forearm of the wearer H It is preferable to include a forearm fixing band 8 that holds the arm and an elbow fixing body 9 that protects the elbow of the wearer H. Hereinafter, each element will be described.
Here, “axillary” in this specification refers to a portion formed between the upper arm and the chest wall on the left and right.

<Axilla pad 2>
The shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment includes an axilla pad 2 that is disposed in the axilla of the wearer when worn.
As shown in FIG. 2, the axilla pad 2 includes three axillary containers 21, 22, and 23 arranged along the front-rear direction of the wearer H. The axillary containers 21, 22, and 23 are mutually connected. It has the same shape. For this reason, only the axilla container 21 is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the structure of the axilla container 21 will be described in the following description.

The axillary container 21 is formed in a substantially triangular prism shape, and is formed in a triangular cross section. In addition, the axillary container 21 has a configuration that can change its shape. For this reason, the axilla pad 2 as a whole is also configured to be variable in shape. This “configuration capable of changing the shape” is not particularly limited. For example, each axillary container 21, 22, 23 has an air regulating valve, and the volume of the axillary container 21, 22, 23 is increased or decreased by filling with air. Any configuration may be used as long as the configuration can be varied, such as a configuration in which each axilla container 21, 22, 23 is filled with a fluid such as water or a firing bead.

In the axillary pad 2 of the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, an example of a structure whose shape can be changed by filling or discharging air will be described.
That is, the axilla container 21 is an air pack, and includes an air regulating valve 2a for filling the axilla container 21 with air. For this reason, air can be filled or discharged into the axilla container 21 via the air regulating valve 2a by the wearer H or a third party or a jig. Thereby, the shape of the axilla container 21 can be changed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the axillary pad 2 including the axillary receptacles 21, 22, and 23 is disposed in the axilla of the wearer H. That is, the axillary pad 2 is disposed in a state of being sandwiched between the biceps brachii and the chest wall of the wearer H when worn.

By the way, the length of the upper arm of the wearer H (the length from the boundary between the chest wall and the upper arm to the elbow) and the circumference of the upper arm (the thickness of the upper arm corresponding to the muscle mass such as the biceps or the triceps) Sa) varies from individual to individual. As a result, the size of the axilla differs for each wearer. Further, the appropriate position of the upper arm for making the shoulder joint muscles rest, that is, the angle of the side fist of the upper limb varies depending on the surgical method and the like.
Therefore, it is preferable to adjust the shape of the axilla pad 2 so that the gap formed between the chest wall of the wearer H and the inner side of the upper arm is filled with the axilla pad 2. Here, “the resting state of the muscle around the shoulder joint including the repaired rotator cuff” means that the muscle around the shoulder joint including the repaired rotator cuff relaxes and the repaired rotator cuff is in a weak state without being strained.

According to the axilla pad 2, the shape can be changed by filling or discharging air. For this reason, the shape of the axilla pad 2 can be adjusted so as to fill a gap formed between the chest wall of the wearer H and the inner side of the upper arm, so that the axilla pad 2 is placed on the inner side of the upper arm of the wearer H. It can be adhered. As a result, the upper arm of the wearer H can be stabilized, and the shoulder joint muscles including the repaired rotator cuff can be rested.

Further, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the axilla pad 2 is accommodated in the outer packet body 10, and the outer packet body 10 includes an air regulating valve of the axillary container 21. A through hole through which 2a is inserted is formed. For this reason, even if the axilla pad 2 is housed inside the outer package 10, the wearer H or the like can change the shape of the axilla pad 2.

In the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, each axillary container 21, 22, 23 constituting the axillary pad 2 is formed in a substantially triangular prism shape, but the shape of the axillary pad 2 is variable. Any other shape can be used as long as the upper arm of the wearer H can be stabilized.
Moreover, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 which concerns on this embodiment, each axillary container 21,22,23 which comprises the axillary pad 2 is connected by the air inflow valve which enables air to come and go, and air is filled from the air adjustment valve 2a. Then, the shape of each axillary container 21, 22, 23 may be simultaneously deformed. Further, instead of using the air inflow valve, the axillary housings 21, 22, and 23 may be individually filled with air from the air regulating valve 2a and individually deformed. Even in these forms, as described above, the containers 21, 22, and 23 may be filled with a fluid other than air.
Furthermore, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the axillary pad 2 is composed of three axillary receptacles 21, 22, and 23. The number of axillary receptacles constituting the axillary pad 2 is specific to this. However, any configuration may be used as long as the muscles around the shoulder joint of the wearer H can be in a resting state. For example, an axillary pad can be configured from one axillary container.
Moreover, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 which concerns on this embodiment, although it has the structure by which all the inside is filled with air in each axillary container 21,22,23, the wearer's H shoulder joint surrounding muscle is made into a resting state. For example, a configuration in which a hard foam is covered with an air pack and only the shape of the outer peripheral portion of the axilla pad 2 is variable may be used.

<Body fixing pad 4>
Next, the body fixing pad 4 provided in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the body fixing pad 4 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a support surface 41 is formed on the body fixing pad 4 at a portion in contact with the body side B of the wearer H when the body fixing pad 4 is worn.

The body fixing pad 4 supports the shoulder joint orthosis 1 with respect to the body of the wearer H, and prevents the mounting position of the shoulder joint orthosis 1 with respect to the wearer H from shifting.
For this reason, as for the shape of the support surface 41 in contact with the body side B of the wearer H, it is possible to form a large gap between the support surface 41 and the body side B of the wearer H as much as possible. It is preferable that the shape can be prevented. As this shape, for example, a curved surface formed with a constant curvature, following the outer edge of the body side B of the wearer H, can be cited. FIG. 6 shows an example in which the support surface 41 is a curved surface made of one arc.
In this way, when the support surface 41 is a curved surface that follows the outer edge of the body side portion B of the wearer H, a gap is generated between the support surface 41 and the wearer H as much as possible. Can be prevented. As a result, the shoulder joint orthosis 1 can be reliably supported with respect to the wearer H.

As another shape of the support surface 41, the support surface 41 may have a shape having at least two surfaces in which a part of the body side portion B of the wearer H comes into surface contact. As such a shape, for example, the support surface 41 may be composed of two composite surfaces intersecting each other, and the body side B of the wearer H may be in contact with a part of each surface. In this case, since the shoulder joint orthosis 1 is supported on at least two surfaces with respect to the body side B of the wearer H, the shoulder joint orthosis 1 can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the wearer H. Further, the shape of the support surface 41 is simple, and the support surface 41 can be easily formed.
The support surface 41 composed of two composite surfaces intersecting each other may be formed by intersecting two planes, or may be formed as a composite curved surface by intersecting two curved surfaces. Thus, at least two surfaces constituting the composite surface may be a combination of planes, a combination of planes and curved surfaces, or a combination of curved surfaces.
As described above, even when the support surface 41 is formed of a curved surface or a composite surface having at least two surfaces in contact with the body side portion B, at least two points, preferably 3 are used at the time of wearing. What is necessary is just to form the support surface 41 which has a part which touches the body side part B at a point.

Here, in the body fixing pad 4 shown in FIG. 6, the support surface 41 is drawn as a curved surface made of one arc, but in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the shape of the support surface 41 is as follows. It is not limited to this. For example, the inner surface of the body fixing pad 4 in contact with the body side portion B of the wearer H is composed of two surfaces intersecting each other, and the portions in contact with the body side portion B of the wearer H are curvedly formed on each surface. The surface 41 may be formed. That is, in this embodiment, two curved support surfaces 41 are provided for the body fixing pad 4.

Since the body fixing pad 4 supports the shoulder joint orthosis 1 for the wearer H, the body fixing pad 4 needs to have a predetermined hardness. On the other hand, it is essential that the axilla pad 2 has a variable shape. For this reason, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the body fixing pad 4 is formed to be harder than the axilla pad 2.
Examples of the molding material for the body fixing pad 4 include a hard foam, and examples of the hard foam include foamed styrene, urethane, polyethylene, acrylonitrile, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, and chloroprene rubber. Among these, urethane is preferable from the viewpoint of breathability of the appliance and improvement of wearing feeling, and polystyrene is also preferable from the viewpoint of weight reduction of the appliance and ease of processing. Among these, urethane is particularly preferable.

<Abduction pad 5>
The shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment includes an abduction adjustment pad 5 that forms a part of the angle adjustment pad 3.
As shown in FIG. 2, the abduction adjustment pad 5 includes three abduction adjustment bodies 51, 52, 53 arranged along the front-rear direction of the wearer H, and each abduction adjustment body 51, 52, 53 is They have the same shape. Each abduction adjuster 51, 52, 53 is formed in a substantially triangular prism shape and has the same shape as the axilla container 21. Each abduction adjuster 51, 52, 53 has a configuration that can change its shape, like the axillary container 21. That is, each of the abduction adjusters 51, 52, 53 is an air pack provided with an air adjustment valve 5a, and has a configuration in which the shape can be changed by filling or discharging air by the wearer H or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the forearm of the wearer H is placed on the abduction adjustment pad 5 when worn. For this reason, by changing the shape of the abduction adjustment pad 5, the abduction angle of the shoulder joint of the wearer H can be appropriately adjusted. On the other hand, the body fixing pad 4 contributes to the support of the shoulder joint orthosis 1 for the wearer H. Due to the difference in these functions, the body fixing pad 4 is formed to be harder than the abduction adjustment pad 5.

Here, for example, it is not necessary to increase the abduction angle of the shoulder joint depending on the surgical procedure for the torn rotator cuff. For this reason, depending on the state of the repaired rotator cuff, it is conceivable to change the shape of the abduction adjustment pad 5 to reduce the volume.

In addition, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 which concerns on this embodiment, the abduction adjustment pad 5 is an air pack similarly to the axilla pad 2, and is a structure which can change a shape. However, as long as it is a configuration that can adjust the abduction angle of the shoulder joint, the configuration may not be variable and the air pack similar to the axilla pad 2 may not be used. However, an air pack is preferable from the viewpoint of reducing the weight and manufacturing cost of the brace.
Further, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the abduction adjustment bodies 51, 52, and 53 constituting the abduction adjustment pad 5 are connected by an air inflow valve that allows air to pass back and forth, and the air is supplied from the air adjustment valve 5a. The shape of each of the abduction adjusters 51, 52, 53 may be deformed simultaneously. Further, instead of using the air inflow valve, the abduction regulators 51, 52, and 53 may be individually filled with air from the air regulating valve 5a and individually deformed. Also in these forms, as described above, the abduction adjusters 51, 52, 53 may be filled with a fluid other than air.
Furthermore, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the abduction adjustment pad 5 is formed of three abduction adjustment bodies 51, 52, 53. However, the number of abduction adjustment bodies is not limited to this and is attached. Any configuration that can adjust the abduction angle of the shoulder joint of the person H is acceptable.

<外包体10>
<Exterior body 10>

Inside the outer package 10, the axilla pad 2 is placed on the body fixing pad 4. The outer package 10 is disposed between the upper limb and the torso of the wearer H. The outer envelope 10 has a substantially triangular cross section, and includes an opening / closing lid 10a on the surface facing the upper limb of the wearer H. The axilla pad 2 and the angle adjustment pad 3 can be accommodated in the outer package 10 through the opening / closing lid 10a, and can be taken out from the outer package 10. The outer package 10 is not particularly limited in structure as long as it can accommodate or take out the axillary pad 2 and the angle adjustment pad 3, and the opening / closing lid 10 a is provided on the front side of the wearer H. It does not matter even if it is done.
The outer envelope 10 can be formed as a knitted fabric made of a yarn material. The outer surface of the outer envelope 10 and the opening / closing lid 10a are raised in a loop shape, and the first fixing belt 6 and the like can be engaged with each other. It has become.

<First fixed belt 6>
The first fixing belt 6 is engaged with the outer package 10 formed in this way. The first fixing belt 6 is formed in a band shape, for example, and is used to hang the outer packet body 10 containing the axilla pad 2 and the angle adjustment pad 3 from the shoulder of the wearer H.

The shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 can be formed as a knitted fabric made of a yarn material, and the shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 are connected to each other via a connector 63. Further, the shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 are connected to the outer packet body 10 via a connecting tool 63. In the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, two of the coupling tools 63 are provided. Since FIG. 1 is a view of the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment observed from the front of the wearer H, the connecting tool 63 arranged on the back side of the wearer H is not shown.

Each connector 63 includes a connector main body 64, an adjustment belt 65 connected to the shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62, and an engagement piece 66 that engages with the opening / closing lid 10 a of the outer packet body 10. .
Insertion holes are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the connector main body 64 so that the adjustment belt 65 is inserted into one insertion hole, and the engaging piece 66 is inserted into the other insertion hole. It has become.
The adjustment belt 65 is passed through the insertion hole of the connector main body 64, and the length of the adjustment belt 65 coming out of the connector main body 64 is adjusted to tighten the shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 with respect to the wearer H. The condition can be adjusted, and the wearing feeling can be improved.
The engaging piece 66 is detachably attached to the opening / closing lid 10a. For example, a hook-and-loop fastener can be used as means for enabling this. That is, the inner surface of the engaging piece 66 facing the opening / closing lid 10a is raised like a hook and is engaged with the opening / closing lid 10a. As a result, the shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 are connected to the outer packet body 10 via the connecting tool 63.

In addition, it is not limited to the structure of the said connection tool 63, If it is the structure which can adjust the fastening force of the shoulder part belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 with respect to the wearer H, and can connect the shoulder part belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 to the outer package 10 Other configurations may be used.
Moreover, the material which shape | molds the said shoulder part belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 is not specifically limited, The well-known material used for a shoulder joint orthosis can be used suitably. Furthermore, the configurations of the shoulder belt 61 and the axillary belt 62 are not particularly limited as long as the axillary pad 2 and the angle adjustment pad 3 can be suspended.

<Second fixing belt 7>
The shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment may include a second fixing belt 7 for holding the shoulder joint orthosis 1 in an appropriate position. The second fixing belt 7 includes a holding belt 71 formed in, for example, a belt shape, and an engagement belt 72 that engages the holding belt 71 with the outer packet body 10.
The holding belt 71 is provided so as to go around the abdomen of the wearer H when worn, and the support surface 41 is brought into close contact with the body side B of the wearer H so that the shoulder joint orthosis 1 can be worn. Contributes to improvement.

The engaging belt 72 is connected to the holding belt 71 via a ring member having a long hole through which the engaging belt 72 and the holding belt 71 are inserted, for example. Yes. The engagement belt 72 is detachably attached to the outer packet body 10. For example, a hook-and-loop fastener can be used as means for enabling this. That is, the inner side surface of the engaging belt 72 facing the outer packet body 10 is raised like a hook and is engaged with the outer packet body 10.

The engaging belt 72 formed in this way is connected to both ends of the holding belt 71 through the ring member. FIG. 1 is a drawing in which the wearing state of the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment is observed from the front side of the wearer H, and therefore the engaging belt 72 disposed on the back side of the wearer H when worn is illustrated. Not.
In addition, the material which shape | molds the said engagement belt 72 is not specifically limited, The well-known material used for a shoulder joint orthosis can be used suitably. Further, the configuration of the engagement belt 72 is not particularly limited as long as it can be engaged with the outer packet body 10.

<Forearm fixation band 8>
The shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment preferably includes a forearm fixing band 8 that holds the forearm portion of the wearer H. The forearm fixing band 8 is provided to hold the forearm of the wearer H in an appropriate position, and to bring the shoulder joint muscle including the repaired rotator cuff into a resting state.
The forearm fixing band 8 is formed in a band shape and is detachably attached to the opening / closing lid 10a. For example, a hook-and-loop fastener can be used as means for enabling this.

The forearm portion of the wearer H is inserted into the forearm fixing band 8, and the forearm portion of the wearer H is placed on the outer package 10 when worn.
As described above, since the forearm fixing band 8 is detachable from the outer package 10, the mounting feeling of the forearm fixing band 8 is changed by changing the mounting position of the forearm fixing band 8 according to the total length of the upper limb of the wearer with individual differences. Can be improved.
In addition, the forearm fixing band 8 according to the present embodiment is configured to be able to adjust its length according to the circumference of the forearm of the wearer H, thereby improving the wearing feeling. .
In addition, the material which shape | molds the said forearm fixing band 8 is not specifically limited, The well-known material used for a shoulder joint orthosis can be used suitably. Furthermore, the configuration of the forearm fixing band 8 is not particularly limited as long as the upper arm of the wearer H can be held at an appropriate position.

<Elbow fixing body 9>
The shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment holds the elbow of the wearer H in an appropriate position, and the shoulder periphery muscles are in a resting state, so that the elbow fixing body 9 that holds the elbow of the wearer H is retained. It is preferable to provide.
The elbow fixing body 9 is formed into a bag shape so as to cover the periphery of the elbow portion of the wearer H, and is detachably attached to the opening / closing lid 10a, like the forearm fixing band 8. For example, a hook-and-loop fastener can be used as means for enabling this. For this reason, a feeling of wearing can be improved by changing the attachment position of elbow fixing body 9 according to the full length of a wearer's upper limb with individual differences.

By the elbow fixing body 9 and the forearm fixing band 8 formed in this way, the upper limb of the wearer H including the shoulder subjected to the repairing operation is placed on the outer envelope 10 at the time of wearing, whereby the wearer H The upper limb can be held in an appropriate position, so that the shoulder joint muscle including the repaired rotator cuff can be in a resting state.
In addition, the raw material which shape | molds the said elbow fixing body 9 is not specifically limited, The well-known raw material used for a shoulder joint orthosis can be used suitably. Furthermore, the structure of this elbow fixing body 9 is not specifically limited, What is necessary is just a structure which can hold | maintain the upper arm of the wearer H in an appropriate position.

According to the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment as described above, the shape of the axilla pad 2 is variable, so that the gap formed between the chest wall of the wearer H and the inner side of the upper arm is filled. Can be adjusted to. For this reason, the upper arm of the wearer H can be stabilized, and the shoulder joint muscles including the repair rotator cuff can be in a resting state. As a result, occurrence of re-tearing of the repaired rotator cuff can be reduced.

Moreover, according to the shoulder joint orthosis 1 which concerns on this embodiment, since the said axilla pad 2 is a structure which can change a shape, when it arrange | positions in an axilla with a large individual difference, it is set as the shape which matched the wearer's H axilla. be able to. As a result, it is possible to adjust so as to fill a gap formed between the chest wall of the wearer H and the inner side surface of the upper arm. For this reason, the upper arm of the wearer H can be stabilized, and the shoulder joint muscles including the repair rotator cuff can be in a resting state. This effect is more remarkable when the axilla pad 2 is an air pack.

Furthermore, according to the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the axilla pad 2, the body fixing pad 4 and the abduction adjustment pad 5 are independent from each other, and the axilla pad 2 and the abduction adjustment pad 5 adopts a configuration in which the shape can be varied independently of each other. That is, the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment employs a divided configuration instead of an integrated configuration of members arranged between the upper limb of the wearer H and the body side. For this reason, the shape of the abduction adjustment pad 5 can be varied while keeping the shape of the axilla pad 2 in conformity with the axilla of the wearer H. For example, when the restoration of the repaired rotator cuff is quick and the abduction angle of the wearer H may be reduced, the shape of the abduction adjustment pad 5 may be reduced while maintaining the shape of the axilla pad 2. it can. That is, the abduction angle suitable for bringing the shoulder joint muscle including the repaired rotator cuff into a resting state can be adjusted according to the degree of recovery of the repaired rotator cuff.

Moreover, according to the shoulder joint orthosis 1 which concerns on this embodiment, the said body fixing pad 4 is provided independently of the axilla pad 2 and the abduction adjustment pad 5 which can change a shape, and the said body fixing pad 4 includes the support surface 41. For this reason, the shoulder joint orthosis 1 as a whole can be brought into close contact with the body of the wearer H via the body fixing pad 4. As a result, it is possible to prevent the shoulder joint orthosis 1 from shifting from the mounting position with respect to the wearer H, thereby preventing the position of the upper arm of the wearer H from shifting. Therefore, the shoulder periphery muscle including the repaired rotator cuff can be in a resting state, and the occurrence of re-tearing of the repaired rotator cuff can be reduced.

その結果、装着者のQOL(quality of life)の向上を図ることができる。
According to the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the shape of the axilla pad 2 and the abduction adjustment pad 5 is variable, and the body fixing pad 4 is the entire shoulder joint orthosis 1 with respect to the wearer H. It is responsible for supporting the function. For this reason, the angle of the side fist of the upper limb of the wearer H can be adjusted according to the degree of recovery of the repaired rotator cuff after the operation, so that the repaired rotator cuff can be recovered early. As a result, it is possible to improve the quality of life (QOL) of the wearer.
Furthermore, the shape of the axilla pad 2 can be changed even during training of other parts centering on the scapulothoracic joint after repair and during daily life operations. For this reason, the upper arm of the wearer H can be stably held at a fixed position. As a result, the shoulder joint muscle including the repaired rotator cuff can be in a resting state.

In the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the axilla pad 2, the body fixing pad 4 and the abduction adjustment pad 5 are accommodated in the outer package 10, and the axilla pad 2, the body fixing pad 4 and the abduction adjustment are accommodated. The pad 5 is in contact with the wearer H through the outer package 10, that is, the axilla pad 2, the body fixing pad 4, and the abduction adjustment pad 5 are in contact with the wearer H indirectly. However, in the shoulder joint orthosis 1 according to the present embodiment, the outer package 10 may not be provided, and the body fixing pad 4 and the abduction adjustment pad 5 may be in direct contact with the wearer H. Even in such a case, the muscle around the shoulder joint including the repaired rotator cuff can be in a resting state.

Hereinafter, based on an Example, the shoulder joint orthosis which concerns on the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated in detail. In addition, the Example demonstrated below shows an example of the typical Example of the shoulder joint orthosis based on the form for implementing this invention, and it concerns on the form for implementing this invention by this The range of shoulder joint orthosis is not interpreted narrowly.

The inventors of the present invention manufactured a shoulder joint orthosis to which the present invention is applied. Then, it measures the tension acting on the supraspinatus, which contributes to the abduction of the shoulder joint rotator cuff and easily breaks, and the shoulder joint orthosis rests the muscle around the shoulder joint A test was conducted to see if This test was performed with a shoulder joint orthosis attached to a healthy person.

<実施例1>

<Comparative example 2>
A shoulder joint orthosis in which the axillary pad provided in the present invention is not an air pack whose shape is variable but is formed by urethane whose shape does not deform was used as Comparative Example 2.

<比較例3>
<Comparative Example 3>
Further, as Comparative Example 3, the tension applied to the supraspinatus during the sitting position and during the scapula movement with no shoulder joint orthosis was also measured.

<Evaluation of Examples and Comparative Examples>
First, a subject wearing a shoulder joint orthosis was allowed to perform a resting position and a scapula exercise.
At that time, the tension applied to the supraspinatus of the subject was measured using an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with a shear wave elastography function (Shear Wave Elastography Aixplorer manufactured by SuperSonic Imagine). In the measurement by the device, the greater the tension applied to the supraspinatus, the more the peri-shoulder muscle is in tension.
Furthermore, the ratio of the tension applied to the supraspinatus when raising the scapula when wearing the braces according to Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 was calculated and compared based on the numerical value in Comparative Example 3. The measurement in Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 was performed twice, and the average value was adopted.
Then, the measurement values of all subjects were averaged, and comparison analysis was performed by repeated measurement one-way analysis of variance and multiple comparison Bonferoni method among all cases.

Table 1 shows the results of measurement using the shoulder joint orthosis of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2. The measurement results of Comparative Example 3 are also shown in Table 1.
In Table 1 below, ± in the measured values in each example represents the standard deviation.

Figure 2017012241
Figure 2017012241

As shown in Table 1, the tension applied to the supraspinatus during the resting position of Example 1 was significantly lower than the tension applied to the supraspinatus during the resting position of Comparative Example 3.
That is, it was confirmed that the shoulder joint orthosis according to Example 1 is suitable as a shoulder joint orthosis that can make the shoulder peripheral muscles rest.
Further, in the shoulder joint orthosis according to Example 1, the tension applied to the supraspinatus in the sitting position was significantly lower than that in the shoulder joint orthosis according to Comparative Example 1.
That is, it was confirmed that the shoulder joint orthosis according to Example 1 can further suppress the application of tension to the shoulder joint muscles by including the axilla pad disposed in the axilla of the wearer.
Further, in the shoulder joint orthosis according to Example 1, the tension applied to the supraspinatus in the sitting position was significantly lower than that in the shoulder joint orthosis according to Comparative Example 2.
In other words, it was confirmed that by applying the axillary pad with a shape-variable configuration, particularly an air pack configuration, it is possible to more reliably suppress the tension applied to the muscles around the shoulder joint during the sitting position.

In addition, the shoulder joint orthosis according to Example 1 has a significantly lower value of the tension applied to the supraspinatus during the scapular fist as compared to the shoulder joint orthosis according to Comparative Examples 1 to 3 as well as in the sitting position. Indicated.
For this reason, the shoulder joint orthosis according to the first embodiment has the tension to the peri-shoulder muscle even when the scapula is raised, that is, during the training of other parts around the scapulothoracic joint and the daily life operation. It was confirmed that this is a brace that can keep the load lower.
