Claims (5)
- 摺動する部材に対で使用され、組成が質量%で、Ti:18.4〜24.6%、Mo:2.8〜6.6%、C:4.7〜7.0%、Cr:7.5〜10.0%、Ni:4.5〜6.5%、Co:1.5〜4.5%、Al:0.6〜1.0%、残部がFe及び不可避不純物からなる鉄基焼結合金の製造方法であって、
硬質粒子は基地中に島状に分散した組織を有し、その面積率を一定にしつつ最大円相当径を40〜10μmの所定値に調整する鉄基焼結合金の製造方法。 - 硬質粒子の面積率は38〜41%、その標準偏差が2.5〜3.5である請求項1に記載の鉄基焼結合金の製造方法。
- 硬質粒子を形成するTi、Mo及びCは、TiC粉末とMo粉末により供給される請求項1又は2に記載の鉄基焼結合金の製造方法。
- 対で使用される部材は、ダイスとカッター刃に使用される部材である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の鉄基焼結合金の製造方法。
- 樹脂押出機のペレタイザー用のダイスとカッター刃に使用され、組成が質量%で、Ti:18.4〜24.6%、Mo:2.8〜6.6%、C:4.7〜7.0%、Cr:7.5〜10.0%、Ni:4.5〜6.5%、Co:1.5〜4.5%、Al:0.6〜1.0%、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなり、硬質粒子が基地中に島状に分散した組織を有する鉄基焼結合金であって、
ダイス及びカッター刃を模したカッター刃オンディスク法による水中摩擦試験において、なじみ段階経過後の摩擦係数が0.1以下である鉄基焼結合金。
