Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator system that shortens the waiting time of an elevator user, so that the departure interval can be shortened by changing the operation route of the car according to the arrival of the user, and the elevator can be operated efficiently. The present invention relates to an elevator system that reduces waiting time for passengers.
In conventional elevator systems, one main car moves up and down in the elevator shaft to carry the user to the target floor, and the elevator car goes up and down until it returns. Users who want to go to the floor must wait for the elevator car to descend.
In high-rise large buildings, multiple elevator shafts are installed to shorten the waiting time for elevator users, and the waiting time is divided by dividing the destination floor into several banks such as high, middle, high, middle, low, etc. Is being shortened.
In this method, a large number of elevator shafts are required, and the area occupied by the elevator shaft in the plan plan is increased, reducing the usable area and increasing the construction cost.
In order to solve this problem, in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 06-191760), a set of elevator hoistways is provided with horizontal connecting paths that connect upper and lower ends of the hoistway, and each elevator car is connected to the entire floor. It proposes to make it possible to stop, increase elevator transportation capacity, reduce waiting time and reduce hoistway installation space.
Further, in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-39173) and Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent No. 2914832), by using a self-propelled basket using a linear motor, the car can only move in the vertical direction. In addition, it is disclosed that the elevator can be moved in a horizontal direction or an oblique direction to improve the operation efficiency of the elevator and reduce the waiting time of the user.
In the elevator system in which the destination floors of a plurality of elevator shafts are separated into high-rise, middle-high-rise, middle-low-rise, etc. banks, the plurality of elevator baskets can be moved freely in each bank to improve the operation efficiency of the elevator cars. By doing so, the car departure interval is shortened, the waiting time of the elevator of the user is shortened, the number of elevator shafts is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the usable area of the building is increased.
The elevator system is divided into banks. Each bank has an elevator shaft and a descending elevator shaft connected at the top and bottom, and a plurality of self-propelled elevator cars move between the ascending and descending elevator shafts. In a circulating elevator system, there is a waiting space below the boarding floor of the ascending elevator shaft in each bank, and an express descending elevator shaft that connects the top floor of each bank and the waiting space is provided. It is an elevator system that can distribute the elevator car to the elevator shaft and express descending elevator shaft at the upper part, and board the elevator car from the top of each bank without stopping on the middle floor via the express descending elevator Return to the floor and wait for the elevator user to climb It is intended to shorten the.
The elevator car 4 that has reached the upper end of each elevator shaft reaches the express elevator shaft via the bypass and descends when there is an elevator car that is ahead of or is scheduled to stop. To reach the lower communication path and immediately move to a vacant waiting space and wait. When the user calls to use the elevator, the waiting elevator car is moved to the boarding floor directly above, so that the waiting time can be greatly reduced.
A linear motor secondary conductor is installed in each of a plurality of cars, and driving propulsive force is obtained by a linear motor primary conductor (coil) installed on an elevator shaft.
In addition, in the unlikely event of a collision between the cages, a shock absorber for mitigating the impact caused by the collision between the cages is provided, or a coupler for connecting the cages is provided.
Even if the elevator departs just before the user calls, there is no need to wait until the elevator car that has departed reaches the destination floor and descends as in the conventional case, and the elevator is kept waiting in the waiting space. The car can be moved to the boarding floor directly above, and the next elevator car can be departed when a predetermined distance from the first elevator car is available, so that users can be efficiently transported to the desired floor. It is possible, and the waiting time of the elevator of the user can be remarkably shortened.
Further, the construction cost can be reduced by reducing the number of elevator shafts, and the portion occupied by the elevator shaft can be used for other purposes, so that the usable area of the building is increased.
Example 1
The present invention will be described by taking as an example an elevator system including three banks of a low layer F1, a middle layer F2, and a high layer F3 shown in the plan view of FIG.
The drive system of the elevator system of the embodiment described below is one in which the elevator car itself has a drive device and can be self-propelled, and a specific example is, for example, a linear motor system. Each elevator car has a secondary conductor of the linear motor, and the primary conductor of the linear motor is installed on the guide rail installed on the elevator shaft or the connecting path connecting between the elevator shafts. Electricity is supplied from a power supply facility installed on the guide rail. Each elevator car is equipped with a brake, a distance detection device for detecting a distance between the elevator cars to prevent a collision, a coupler for connection operation, a shock absorber for buffering an impact at the time of the collision, and the like. The coupler is preferably adapted not only to move the elevator car in the vertical direction but also to move in the horizontal direction.
The number of elevator shafts in each bank may be ascending and descending for each bank one by one, but a spare elevator shaft may be added for each maintenance and emergency so that multiple ascending and descending may be provided for each bank. Good.
Hereinafter, in order to simplify the explanation, an example of an elevator shaft that rises and descends for each bank will be described.
FIG. 1A is a plan view of an elevator system and a cross-sectional view of a high-layer bank F3 among three banks divided into a low-layer F1, a middle-layer F2, and a high-layer F3.
As shown in the plan view, ascending elevator shafts 10, 11, 12 are arranged in series in the order of height, and the descending elevator shafts 20, 21, paired with these ascending elevator shafts 10, 11, 12, 22 is installed in the position which opposes on both sides of the elevator hall 3, and the ascending and descending elevator shafts are communicated by return paths 30, 31, 32 at the uppermost part of each bank elevator shaft.
As shown in the sectional view of the high-rise bank F3 in FIG. 1, when the self-propelled elevator car 4 ascends from the boarding floor E (for example, the first floor) and reaches the landing T1 on the uppermost floor of the elevator shaft 12, the pair descends. It moves to the uppermost landing T2 of the descending elevator shaft 22 through the return path 32 connected to the elevator shaft 22, descends as a descending cage, returns to the boarding floor E, and is provided below the boarding floor E. It moves on the lower communication path 35 and waits in the waiting space 5, moves to the boarding floor E in order, and moves up with an ascending user.
The waiting space 5 is a space that also serves as the lower communication path 35 so that the elevator car can be moved to other banks, and a moving path for the elevator car 4 is provided in the space so that the elevator car can be moved to any bank.
A rapid descending elevator shaft R1 is provided outside the elevator shaft 10 of the low-rise bank F1 having the lowest highest floor. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 1 (2), the express descending elevator shaft R1 is connected to the elevator shafts 10, 11, and 12 at the uppermost portions of the banks F1, F2, and F3 at the bypasses B1, B2, and B3. ing.
The bypasses B1, B2, and B3 are disposed at right angles to the return paths 30, 31, and 32 of the elevator shafts. During normal operation, the elevator car 4 that has risen to the top floor reaches the descending elevator shafts 20, 21, 22 through the return paths 30, 31, 32, descends as a descending elevator, and enters the boarding floor E However, when the preceding elevator car is stopped in the middle of the descending elevator shaft or is scheduled to stop, it is automatically distributed to the bypass B1, B2, B3 side by the distributing means or by the operation of the administrator, It is possible to return to the waiting space 5 by the express descending elevator shaft R1 and to wait as an elevator car for ascending, and to shorten the waiting time of the ascending user.
In this way, the elevator car 4 can return to the boarding floor E through the ascending elevator shaft and the descending elevator shaft, and in some cases through the express descending elevator shaft.
The express descending elevator shaft R1 is for returning the elevator car 4 that has reached the top of each bank F1, F2, F3 to the standby space 5 of the elevator system in a short time to shorten the waiting time of the user. It can be used when the concentration of users in the morning occurs in an office building to shorten the elevator car departure interval, reduce the waiting time for users waiting in the elevator hall, and congest the elevator hall. Is solved.
A predetermined number of elevator cars are made to wait in the standby space so that the departure intervals of the elevator cars can be changed in accordance with the degree of congestion of the users on the elevator floor boarding floor E of the rising elevator shafts of the banks F1, F2, and F3. It is preferable in terms of operation efficiency of the elevator car that the elevator car 4 can be operated not only in a single bank but closed and circulated, but also the bank in which the elevator car travels can be changed flexibly. For this reason, guide rails for horizontal movement are arranged so as to cross and branch in the standby space so that the destination of the elevator car returned from each bank can be changed according to the situation like a railway yard.
Example 2
As shown in the plan view of the first embodiment of FIG. 1, the elevator hall 3 on which an elevator user gets on and off is located between the ascending elevator shafts 10, 11, 12 and the descending elevator shafts 20, 21, 22. Both elevator shafts are placed facing each other, and users of the elevator shafts that are going up and down are mixed in the same space, so that the movement lines of the rider and the rider cross each other and the movement is performed smoothly. There is no possibility. In addition, the return paths 30 and 31 are preferably provided immediately above each bank in order to shorten the elevator lift length, but in that case, the elevator hall on the upper floor is divided, so in the plan view It is not preferable.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the elevator shafts 10 and 20 that are paired ascending and descending are arranged back to back and separated into ascending and descending elevator halls 3A and 3B. It is made so that it does not occur, and the movement of the user can be made smooth.
If this arrangement is adopted, the lift elevator shaft 10 and the descending elevator shaft 20 are adjacent to each other, so that a return path connecting the two becomes unnecessary, and the elevator car 4 is moved upward to the descending elevator shaft adjacent to the elevator shaft to descend. Just transfer it to the elevator shaft. Therefore, it is easy to use the elevator car for downhill without providing a return path on the middle floor other than the top floor, and there is no problem in plane planning that divides the elevator hall. The operational efficiency of the basket can be increased.
In this case, the elevator car 4 doors are provided at the front and back, and the doors used for ascending and descending can be switched to prevent the ascending and descending users from being together in the elevator hall.
Example 3
The first and second embodiments are intended to shorten the waiting time of the rising elevator user. However, the elevator car 4 can be moved in a short time so as to be able to cope with the concentration of the descending users. It is possible to reduce the waiting time of the user of the descending elevator by being transported to the top floor of the bank. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the elevator shaft R2 of the ascending elevator shaft 20 of the low rise bank F1 is used. On the outside, the express descending elevator shaft R1 is added at a position facing the elevator hall 3 across the elevator hall 3.
The elevator cage 4 that has descended the waiting space 5 and the descending elevator shafts 20, 21, and 22 is moved up to the elevator shaft R2 and raised to the top floor of each bank F1, F2, and F3 in a non-stop manner. The elevator car 4 transported via the bypasses B1 ', B2', B3 'is moved to a position directly above the uppermost floor of each bank and kept waiting, and when passengers concentrate, the elevator shaft The elevator car 4 is moved to prevent the user from waiting.
The waiting place of the elevator car 4 may be made to wait not only directly above the top floor of each bank but also in the bypasses B1 ′, B2 ′, B3 ′.
Example 4
In the example shown in FIG. 4A, as shown in the plan view, in each of the banks F1, F2, and F3, the ascending and descending elevator shafts are adjacent to each other in a row, and the express descending elevator shaft R1 is arranged outside the low-rise bank F1. Is provided. A standby space 5 is provided below the elevator shaft to communicate with each elevator shaft.
In each bank F1, F2, and F3, the elevator car 4 that has reached the top floor through the elevator shafts 10, 11, and 12 moves sideways, moves to the next descending elevator shaft, and descends as a descending elevator car. Return to boarding floor E, move to standby space 5 and wait. It moves to the elevator shaft in ascending order according to the call of the user and operates as an elevator car for ascending.
When the preceding elevator car stops or is scheduled to stop on the descending elevator shaft, it does not move to the adjacent descending elevator shaft, switches the destination to the bypass B2 and B3 side, and waits nonstop through the express descending elevator shaft R1. Return to space 5.
The example shown in FIG. 4 (2) is provided with an elevator shaft R2 that rises suddenly outside the high-rise bank F3, and is used when the waiting time becomes longer due to an increase in users on the upper floor, The elevator car for descending is supplied from the waiting space to the upper floor.
The elevator car 4 that has moved to the top through the express climbing elevator shaft R2 passes through the bypass B3, passes through the extension shafts 20E, 21E of the descending elevator shafts 20, 21, and passes through the low-rise bank F1, the middle-tier bank F2, and the high-rise bank F3. It moves to the top floor of the down elevator shafts 20, 21, and 22 and becomes a down elevator.
It is possible to make the elevator car 4 stand by on the extension shafts 20E and 21E. Since the extension shafts 20E and 21E are directly above the top floor of the bank, the elevator car can be supplied promptly during down traffic congestion, and congestion can be eliminated in a short time.
Example 5
The example shown in FIG. 5 is a case of four banks consisting of a low-rise bank F1, a low-medium bank F2, a mid-high bank F3, and a high-bank F4. In each bank, the ascending elevator shaft 10 and the descending elevator shaft 20 are adjacent to each other. An elevator hall 3A is provided between the low-rise bank F1 and the middle-low bank F2. The elevator entrances of the low-rise bank F1 and the middle- and low-rise bank F2 are arranged facing each other across the elevator hall 3A.
The middle / high-rise bank F2 and the middle / high-rise bank F3 are arranged back to back, the middle / high-rise bank F3 and the high-rise bank F4 are arranged at positions where the entrance / exit is opposed to each other across the elevator hall 3B, and the entrance / exit of the elevator faces the elevator hall 3B. Are opposed to each other.
An express descending elevator shaft R1 is provided adjacent to the ascending elevator shaft of the low-rise bank F1, and the express descending elevator shaft R1 is connected to the top floor of each bank by the bypasses B1, B2, and B3, respectively. When there is a possibility that the person concentrates and the waiting time becomes long, the destination car is switched to the express descending elevator shaft R1 by the destination switching means without turning the elevator car 4 that has been raised to the top floor to the elevator shaft, The elevator car is directly lowered to the waiting space 5 below the boarding floor E, and the elevator car is forwarded to the crowded elevator shaft.
In the example of FIG. 5 (2), in addition to the express descending elevator shaft R1 of FIG. 5 (1), an express ascending elevator shaft R2 is provided adjacent to the express descending elevator shaft R1, When concentrated and crowded, the elevator car 4 is transported to the top floor of each bank in a short time and turned to the descending elevator shaft to eliminate congestion of descending users.
