Abstract
Description
線形低密度ポリエチレン1(LLDPE1)は、約0.919g/cm3の密度及び約0.95g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)を有するエチレンオクタンコポリマーであり、The Dow Chemical CompanyからDOWLEX(商標)TG2085Bの商品名で市販されている。
試験方法は以下のものを含む。
メルトインデックスI2を、ASTM D−1238に従って、190℃及び2.16kg負荷で測定し、g/10分で報告する。
密度測定のための試料を、ASTM D4703に従って調製した。ASTM D792、方法Bを用いて試料押圧の1時間以内に測定を行い、g/cm3で報告した。
落槍衝撃強度を、ASTM D−1709、方法Aに従って測定した。
貫入強度を、Instron Model4201上でSintech Testworksソフトウェアヴァージョン3.10で測定する。標本サイズは6インチ×6インチであり、平均貫入値を決定するために4測定を行う。フィルムを、ASTM制御研究室内でフィルム生成後40時間及び少なくとも24時間、調節する。100lbロードセルを丸形標本ホルダ12.56インチ平方と共に使用する。貫入プローブは1/2インチ直径の研磨したステンレススチールボールであり、7.5インチの最大移動距離を有する。ゲージ長はなく、プローブは可能な限り標本に近いが、接触はしていない。使用するクロスヘッド速度は10インチ/分である。厚さは標本の中央で測定する。貫入を決定するために、フィルムの厚さ、距離、移動したクロスヘッド、及びピークロードをソフトウェアにより使用する。貫入プローブは、各標本後に「キムワイプ」を用いて清掃する。
Claims (4)
- 貯蔵装置であって、
第1端部及び第2端部を有するスリーブと、
0.900〜0.910g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する少なくとも70重量%の超線形低密度ポリエチレン、0.920〜0.925g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する最大30重量%の低密度ポリエチレン、並びに1つ以上の添加剤を含む、保護ジャケットと、を備える、貯蔵装置。 - 前記スレーブが、(a)0.917〜0.930g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する少なくとも70重量%の線形低密度ポリエチレン、0.920〜0.925g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する最大30重量%の低密度ポリエチレン、並びに1つ以上の添加剤を含む、少なくとも1つの外部層と、(b)0.917〜0.930g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する少なくとも70重量%の線形低密度ポリエチレン、0.920〜0.925g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する少なくとも30重量%の低密度ポリエチレン、並びに任意に1つ以上の添加剤を含む、少なくとも1つのコア層と、(c)0.917〜0.930g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する少なくとも70重量%の線形低密度ポリエチレン、0.920〜0.925g/cm3の範囲内の密度及び5g/10分未満の範囲内のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する最大30重量%の低密度ポリエチレン、並びにもう1つの添加剤を含む、少なくとも1つの内部層と、を含む、請求項1に記載の貯蔵装置。
- 前記保護ジャケットが、50〜100μmの範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の貯蔵装置。
- 前記貯蔵装置が、200〜500μmの範囲内の厚さを有し、以下の:(a)ASTM D5748に従って測定される、8〜16J/m3の範囲内の貫入抵抗を有すること、(b)ASTM D1709に従って測定される、1100〜1600gの範囲内の落槍衝撃抵抗、の1つ以上により特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の貯蔵装置。
