Claims (17)
- ステータと、
シャフトと、
前記シャフトに取り付けられたロータであって、前記シャフトと同心のエンドリングを有するロータと、
前記エンドリング内部の前記シャフトの周囲の磁束シールドと、
を備えることを特徴とする電気モータ。 - 前記磁束シールドは、前記エンドリング内部の前記シャフトを包囲するシリンダを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記磁束シールドは前記電気モータのハウジングと一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ハウジングは前記シャフトのベアリングインサートを保持するエンド部材を含み、前記磁束シールドは前記エンド部材から延在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記磁束シールドおよび前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部は正方形環状筐体を形成し、前記エンドリングおよび前記ステータのエンドターンが前記正方形環状筐体内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記磁束シールドは、アルミニウム、マグネシウムおよび不動態化銅で構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ロータは積層の堆積体を含み、前記エンドリングは前記シャフトの軸方向に前記堆積体から離隔し、前記磁束シールドは前記エンドリングを通過して前記堆積体に向かって延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記電気モータ用のハウジング、および、前記ステータのコアと前記ステータのエンドターンとの間のステータ固定式磁束シールドをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ステータ固定式磁束シールドはリング形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記磁束シールドはロータ磁束シールドを備え、前記ロータ磁束シールドは前記ステータ固定式磁束シールドと同じ材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ロータの反対の端部に位置する別のエンドリング、および、前記別のエンドリング内部の前記シャフト周囲に別の磁束シールドをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記磁束シールドは固定式磁束シールドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記固定式磁束シールドは、筒状部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記固定式磁束シールドは前記筒状部分から延在するディスク状部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記磁束シールドは回転式磁束シールドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記回転式磁束シールドは前記ロータのコア上のスペーサから延在し、前記スペーサは前記ロータのコアから離隔して前記エンドリングを配置するように機能することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記回転式磁束シールドおよび前記スペーサは、断面においてL字状を形成することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の電気モータ。
