Abstract
Description
本特許出願は、2013年12月3日に出願した米国特許出願第14/095,499号及び2013年7月26日に出願した米国仮特許出願第61/858,698号に基づく優先権を主張する。これらの出願は、参照によりその全内容が本明細書に取り込まれる。
表1の配合に従ってコーティングを調製した。表中、全ての部は重量により計算した。
等級基準に従って、Manila等級の紙を調製した。表1に記載されるように抗菌コーティング組成物を調製した。次に、抗菌コーティング組成物を水流ボックスへ供給し、約500ppmのピリチオン亜鉛、950ppmのチアベンダゾール及び750ppmのアゾキシストロビンでウエットカレンダースタックにより紙に塗布した。
30%のFly Leafと70%のNewsとを混合したライナーを用いてNewslined紙を調製した。6.5%重合ジメチルシロキサン水溶液を調製し、それをカルバミン酸3‐ヨード‐2‐プロピニルブチル(IPBC)と混合して2%IPBC溶液を得ることによって抗菌コーティングを調製した。次に、抗菌コーティング組成物を水ボックスへ供給し、約500ppmの活性殺菌剤で、ウエットカレンダースタックによりNewslined紙に塗布した。アクリルラテックスを塗布して耐水性を改善し、殺菌剤を板紙に結合させた。
Claims (9)
- 1%〜10%の重合シロキサン及び1%〜10%の非水溶性殺菌剤を含む抗菌コーティングを用いて少なくとも一方の表面がコーティングされた防カビ紙であって、前記非水溶性殺菌剤がカルバミン酸3‐ヨード‐2‐プロピニルブチル、ピリチオン亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、アゾキシストロビン、チアベンダゾール、オクチルイソチアゾリン、ジクロロ‐オクチルイソチアゾリン、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ベンゾイミダゾール、3‐(3,4‐ジクロロフェニル)‐1,1‐ジメチル尿素及びそれらの組合せから成る群より選択される防カビ紙。
- 前記重合シロキサンが化学式[R2SiO]nを有する化合物である請求項1記載の防カビ紙であって、前記化学式中の「n」は、ポリマー中での前記R2SiO単位の繰返し回数を表わし;2つのR基はそれぞれ同じであるかまたは異なることができ、R基はそれぞれ、水素、ハロゲン、メチル、エチル及びフェニルから成る群より選択される前記防カビ紙。
- 前記紙が、1層以上のライナー層及び1層以上のフィラー層を有する多層紙である請求項1記載の防カビ紙であって、該ライナー層が、100%のNew、及び70%のNewsと30%のFly Leafの組合せから成る群より選択される請求項1記載の防カビ紙。
- 前記殺菌剤が粒子を含み、該粒子の90%以上が1ミクロンより大きく15ミクロン未満である請求項1記載の防カビ紙。
- カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール、スチレンアクリルラテックス、スチレンブタジエン、カゼイン及びデンプンから成る群より選択される結合剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の防カビ紙。
- 防カビ多層紙を作製する方法であって、該方法が

- カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール、スチレンアクリルラテックス、スチレンブタジエン、カゼイン及びデンプンから成る群より選択される結合剤をさらに含む請求項7記載の抗菌コーティング組成物。
- 表板紙と裏板紙の2枚の板紙に挟まれた石膏コアを含む石膏パネルであって、2枚の前記板紙がそれぞれ表面側及び底面側を有し、該底面側と前記石膏のスラリーが近接しており、前記表面側が請求項7記載の抗菌コーティング組成物を用いてコーティングされている石膏パネル。
