Claims (15)
- 板状型の導電性部材からなっており、保護回路モジュール(PCM)に接続されている電池セルの負極端子及び正極端子と、
前記負極端子及び正極端子が一側端部にそれぞれ形成されており、前記端部に熱融着余剰部が形成されている電池セルと、
保護回路が形成されている保護回路基板(PCB)、前記PCBの保護回路に接続されている外部入出力端子、及び前記PCBが内蔵される中空型構造からなっており、電池セルの電極端子が導入されるスリットが形成されている電気絶縁性のPCMケースを含んでおり、電池セルに電気的に接続された状態で電池セルの前記熱融着余剰部上に搭載されているPCMと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、二次電池パック。 - 前記電池セルは、正極と負極との間に分離膜が介在している電極組立体が、金属層及び樹脂層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケースに密封されている二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースは、外部入出力端子を除いてPCMを包んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースは中空構造の四角柱形状からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースは、四角柱形状の両端部が開放されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースは、四角柱形状の一側端部が開放されており、他側端部が閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースは、四角柱形状の一側角部にスリットが形成されている構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記負極端子、正極端子及び外部入出力端子がPCMケースの一側端部からスリットに挿入されながら、PCBがPCMケースの内部に装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCBは、PCMケースにスライド方式で装着されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記外部入出力端子を除いたPCMと電池セルを包む形態でラベルが付着していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記ラベルは、外部入出力端子を除いたPCMと電池セルの側面の熱融着外周面を包む構造で付着することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記電池セルはリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の電池パックを電源として含んでいることを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、タブレットPC、及びネットブックから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の二次電池パックを製造する方法であって、
(a)電池セルの正極端子にニッケルプレートを溶接する過程と、
(b)PCBに形成されている負極端子接続部と正極端子接続部に電池セルの負極端子と正極端子を溶接する過程と、
(c)電池セルの電極端子をスリットに導入しながら、PCBをPCMケースの内部にスライド方式で装着する過程と、
(d)電池セルの電極端子を折り曲げてPCMを電池セルの熱融着余剰部上に装着する過程と、
(e)前記外部入出力端子及びPCMの上端面を除いたPCMと電池セルをラベルで包む過程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池パックの製造方法。
