実施例1において、炭素担体としてraw MWCNTの代わりにケッチェンブラック(Ketjen black)カーボン15mgを用いたことを除き、同様の方法を用いて炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体を製造した。
実施例1において、界面活性剤を用いないことを除き、同様の方法を用いて炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体を製造した。
実施例1において、安定化剤を用いないことを除き、同様の方法を用いて炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体を製造した。図11は、比較例2により製造された炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の透過電子顕微鏡(TEM)イメージを示すものであり、図12は、図11を拡大したものである。図11と図12をみると、金属ナノ粒子が炭素担体上によく分散せずに凝集されて形成されたことを確認することができ、炭素担体もよく分散せずに凝集されたことを確認することができた。また、大部分の炭素担体上に担持された金属ナノ粒子の、隣接する2つの粒子間の距離が粒子径の10倍を超えて分布していて、よく分散していないことを確認することができた。
実施例1において、金属塩としてK2PtCl40.02mmolのみを使用し、同様の方法を用いて炭素担体−単一金属ナノ粒子複合体を製造した。図13は、比較例3により製造された炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の透過電子顕微鏡(TEM)イメージを示すものである。図13をみると、金属ナノ粒子が均一な球形状に形成されておらず、炭素担体上でよく分散せずに凝集されたことを確認することができた。また、大部分の炭素担体上に担持された金属ナノ粒子の、隣接する2つの粒子間の距離が粒子径の10倍を超えて分布していて、よく分散していないことを確認することができた。さらに、この時、金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は7.78nmであり、標準偏差は3.47nm、CV値は44.6%であって、製造された粒子の大きさが均一でないことを確認することができた。
実施例2において、界面活性剤を用いないことを除き、同様の方法を用いて炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体を製造した。図14は、比較例4により製造された炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の透過電子顕微鏡(TEM)イメージを示すものである。図14をみると、金属ナノ粒子がよく形成されず、金属粒子が凝集されたことを確認することができ、炭素担体もよく分散せずに凝集されたことを確認することができた。さらに、この時、金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は19.08nmであり、標準偏差は17.25nm、CV値は90.4%であって、製造された粒子の大きさが均一でないことを確認することができた。
Claims (25)
- 炭素担体と界面活性剤とを溶媒中で混合して、表面に親水性官能基が誘導された炭素担体を含む溶液を形成するステップと、
前記溶液に第1金属塩および第2金属塩を添加して混合するステップと、
前記溶液に還元剤を添加して金属ナノ粒子を形成するステップとを含む炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。 - 前記金属ナノ粒子は、第1金属と第2金属との合金である請求項1に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記混合するステップは、安定化剤をさらに添加する請求項1または2に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記安定化剤の含有量は、第1金属塩および第2金属塩のモル濃度の2倍〜10倍である請求項3に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記溶液を形成するステップは、炭素担体と界面活性剤とを混合する前または後に超音波を加える請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記界面活性剤の含有量は、炭素担体重量の1〜40倍である請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記炭素担体は、炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)、グラファイト(Graphite)、グラフェン(Graphene)、活性炭素(Activated carbon)、多孔性炭素(Mesoporous Carbon)、カーボンブラック(Carbon black)、炭素ナノ繊維(Carbon nano fiber)、炭素ナノワイヤ(Carbon nano wire)、炭素ナノホーン(Carbon nanohorn)、炭素エアロゲル(Carbon aerogel)、炭素ナノリング(Carbon nano ring)、フラーレン(C60)、およびスーパーP(Super P)からなる群より選択される請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記炭素担体は、前処理されていない炭素担体である請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、陽イオン性界面活性剤または陰イオン性界面活性剤である請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、水を含む請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記溶液中における第1金属塩と第2金属塩とのモル比は、1:5〜10:1である請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記第1金属塩は、下記化学式1で表され、第2金属塩は、下記化学式2で表され、

前記化学式1または化学式2において、
XおよびYは、それぞれ独立に、周期律表上3〜15族に属する金属、半金属(metalloid)、ランタン族金属、およびアクチニウム族金属からなる群より選択される金属のイオンであり、
AおよびCは、それぞれ独立に、1価陰イオンのリガンドであり、
Bは、周期律表上1族に属する元素のイオンであり、
mは、2または3であり、pは、0、2または4であり、qは、2、4または6である、
請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。 - 前記Xは、ルテニウム(Ru)、ロジウム(Rh)、モリブデン(Mo)、オスミウム(Os)、イリジウム(Ir)、レニウム(Re)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、コバルト(Co)、鉄(Fe)、セレン(Se)、ニッケル(Ni)、ビスマス(Bi)、スズ(Sn)、クロム(Cr)、チタン(Ti)、セリウム(Ce)、および銅(Cu)からなる群より選択される金属のイオンであり、
前記Yは、白金(Pt)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、およびパラジウム(Pd)からなる群より選択される金属のイオンであり、
前記AおよびCは、それぞれ独立に、NO3 −、NO2 −、OH−、F−、Cl−、Br−、およびI−からなる群より選択されるものであり、
前記Bは、K+、Na+、およびNH3 +からなる群より選択される請求項12に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。 - 前記金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は、30ナノメートル以下である請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は、10ナノメートル以下である請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子の炭素担体に対する担持率は、10重量%〜70重量%である請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子は、炭素担体上に担持された金属ナノ粒子中の、隣接する2つの粒子間の距離が粒子径の10倍以下の粒子が80%以上である請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体の製造方法。
- 表面に親水性官能基が誘導された炭素担体および2種の金属を含む金属ナノ粒子を含み、
前記金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は、30ナノメートル以下であり、
前記金属ナノ粒子は、前記炭素担体に担持された炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体。 - 前記金属ナノ粒子の炭素担体に対する担持率は、10重量%〜70重量%である請求項19に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子は、炭素担体上に担持された金属ナノ粒子中の、隣接する2つの粒子間の距離が粒子径の10倍以下の粒子が80%以上である請求項19または20に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は、10ナノメートル以下である請求項19から22の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体。
- 前記炭素担体の比表面積は、親水性官能基を誘導する前の炭素担体の比表面積の90%以上100%以下である請求項19から23の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体。
- 前記炭素担体の電気伝導度は、親水性官能基を誘導する前の炭素担体の電気伝導度の90%以上120%以下である請求項19から24の何れか一項に記載の炭素担体−金属ナノ粒子複合体。
