Claims (12)
- 鋲(2)を打込むための手持工具(1)であって、
使用者によりオン操作可能な、前記鋲(2)の打込みを作動させるためのスイッチ(11)と、
可燃性ガスと空気とからなる混合物が点火可能な燃焼室(4)と、
前記燃焼室(4)において可燃性ガスによって打込方向(3)に可動に配設されているピストン(6)と、
前記鋲(2)を押し込むための前記ピストン(6)に配設された打撃棒(7)と、
前記点火の前に、前記燃焼室(4)において前記空気を圧縮するためのコンプレッサ(17)と、
を備え、
前記コンプレッサ(17)は、回転ファン(18)と電動モータ(19)とを備え、当該電動モータ(19)の動作回転数(28)において、当該回転ファン(18)は、少なくとも毎秒2,000回転の回転数(26)を有することを特徴とする手持工具。 - 前記回転ファン(18)は、回転当たり5cm3未満の体積を輸送することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手持工具。
- 前記コンプレッサ(17)は、前記燃焼室(4)における圧力を、環境圧力の1.3〜3.5倍に高めることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の手持工具。
- 到達圧縮率[K]に対して、毎秒の動作回転数は、少なくともD=6,700(K−1)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手持工具。
- 前記電動モータ(19)は、前記スイッチ(11)のオン操作により、動作回転数(28)まで加速されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の手持工具。
- 前記電動モータ(19)は、前記可燃性ガスの点火の後にスイッチオフされることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の手持工具。
- 当該安全機構(10)のオン操作に対応して前記電動モータ(19)をスイッチオンする安全機構(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の手持工具。
- 通路(20)が前記コンプレッサ(17)を前記燃焼室(4)と直接結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の手持工具。
- 鋲を打込むための手持工具(1)用の制御方法であって、当該手持工具が、燃焼室(4)と,回転ファン(18)および電動モータ(19)を有するコンプレッサ(17)と、使用者によってオン操作可能なスイッチ(11)とを備え、当該方法は、
前記使用者が前記スイッチ(11)をオン操作するとすぐに、前記燃焼室(4)における圧力を環境圧力の少なくとも1.3倍の規定圧力まで高めるために、前記電動モータ(19)を毎秒2,000回転より上の動作回転数(28)まで加速するステップと、
前記燃焼室(4)に可燃性ガスを注入するステップと、
前記燃焼室(4)において前記規定圧力に達したらすぐに、空気と可燃性ガスとから成る混合物に点火し、前記燃焼室(4)において前記規定圧力に達したらすぐに、前記電動モータ(19)をスイッチオフするステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする制御方法。 - 安全機構(10)がオン操作された場合、装置制御部(12)が前記電動モータ(19)を、静止状態から、前記動作回転数(28)の少なくとも75%まで加速し、前記安全機構(10)の後にスイッチ(11)がオン操作された場合、前記導電モータ(19)が前記動作回転数(28)まで加速されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の手持工具(1)の制御方法。
- 前記手持工具(1)は、環境の温度を検出し、当該温度に基づいて前記動作回転数(28)を調整することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の制御方法。
- 前記手持工具(1)は、前記使用者により打込みエネルギーを調整するための調整素子(46)を備え、調整された当該打込みエネルギーに依存して前記動作回転数(28)が設定され、前記燃焼室(4)に噴射される可燃性ガスの量が、調整された当該打込みエネルギーに依存して設定されることを特徴とする、請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法。
