Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- ハウジング(筐体)(10)、
注入口(12)、
排出口(14)、
流体(2)の菌数を減少させるようにした殺生物剤(22)を含む流体接触表面(20)
を含む該流体(2)の菌減少のための装置であって、
該流体接触表面(20)が静的混合要素(30)の流体接触表面(20)であることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記流体接触表面(20)が前記流体(2)に前記殺生物剤(22)を実質的に放出しない、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記流体接触表面(20)がグアニジン又はその誘導体を含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記流体接触表面(20)が殺生物剤含有ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記殺生物剤含有ポリマーがコポリマー又は好ましくはポリマー複合物である、請求項4に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記静的混合器要素(30)が前記流体接触表面(20)を包含する表面領域(21)にのみ殺生物剤(22)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)を用いて菌含有流体(2’)の菌数を減少させる方法であって、
該菌含有流体(2’)を該装置(1)に注入口(12)を介して供給するステップ、
該菌含有流体(2’)を殺生物剤(22)を含む流体接触表面上で処理して、菌数が減少した流体(2”)を形成するステップ、
該菌数が減少した流体(2”)を排出口(14)を介して該装置(1)から取り出すステップ
を含む、方法。 - 前記装置(1)における滞留時間が600秒未満、好ましくは180秒未満、より好ましくは60秒未満、さらにより好ましくは10秒未満、さらにより好ましくは5秒未満、最も好ましくは1秒未満である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記装置(1)における前記流体(2’)の温度が0〜200℃、好ましくは10〜100℃、より好ましくは10〜60℃、最も好ましくは20〜30℃である、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記流体(2’)の菌数がその方法によりlog0.5〜7、好ましくは2〜6、最も好ましくは3〜5だけ減少する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- その方法における前記流体(2”)の圧力が、100バール以下、好ましくは20バール以下、より好ましくは16バール以下、さらにより好ましくは10バール以下、最も好ましくは6バール以下である、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装置(1)の体積に対する活性表面積の比が50m2/m3より大きく、好ましくは150m2/m3より大きく、より好ましくは300m2/m3より大きく、最も好ましくは600m2/m3より大きい、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- その方法における前記流体(2’)の粘度が1000Pa・s未満、好ましくは10Pa・s未満、より好ましくは0.1Pa・s未満である、請求項7〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記流体(2’)の圧力損失が1バール未満、好ましくは0.3バール未満、最も好ましくは0.1バール未満である、請求項7〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 燃料油、食物製品の菌減少、又は水浄化、好ましくは廃水、工業プロセス水の汚染除去、又は飲料水の処理における、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に装置(1)の使用。
