Claims (5)
- ネジ式緊締具の端面と物理的に接触させることによって、ネジ式緊締具内に超音波を誘導して発信するためのセンサーユニットであって、センサーユニットが、支持ケーシング(10)及びセンサー素子(11)で構成され、前記センサー素子(11)が、ネジ式緊締具の端面に係合するための前方接触面(14)を有し、静止位置と作動位置との間で支持ケーシング(10)に対して移動可能であり、センサー素子(11)がネジ式緊締具の端面との接触から外れると前記静止位置にセンサー素子(11)を強制しまたセンサー素子(11)の接触面(14)を偏倚して前記作動位置でネジ式緊締具の端面と物理的に接触させる、センサー素子(11)の接触面(14)を偏倚して片木傾斜させるために支持ケーシング(10)とセンサー素子(11)との間で作用するバイアスバネ(16)が設けられる、センサーユニットにおいて、
支持ケーシング(10)が、前記静止位置でセンサー素子(11)と係合する位置決めソケット(18)を有し、前記位置決めソケット(18)が非円筒形及び非円形断面の内部形状を有し、センサー素子(11)が前記位置決めソケット(18)の内面(19)と合致する外形を有し、センサー素子(11)の静止位置が、支持ケーシング(10)に対して回転方向、軸方向及び傾斜位置に関して明確に画定されること
を特徴とするセンサーユニット。 - 前記位置決めソケット(18)の内部形状が円錐状であり、そして楕円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサーユニット。
- 緊締具の端面に対しセンサー素子(11)の傾斜変位及び自己適応を容易にするためにバネ(16)とセンサー素子(11)との間に球面スラスト軸受(22)を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセンサーユニット。
- 支持ケーシング(10)が後方接続部片(13)及び前方支持スリーブ(12)を備え、支持スリーブ(12)内部に前記位置決めソケット(18)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載のセンサーユニット。
- 前記支持スリーブ(12)が、ネジ式緊締具への接続及びネジ式緊締具に緊締トルクを印加するためにソケット部(15A)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセンサーユニット。
