Description
Claims (16)
- 圧力制御された中性運搬ガス運搬のためのライン(1)と、
注入前ガス検体加圧用バイパス形状のライン(1)へ可動に接続可能で、検査用混合ガス収集のための特殊容量検体チャンバー(2)と、
検体チャンバー(2)が前記ライン(1)に接続され、前記圧力制御運搬ガスにより加圧されるとき、前記ライン(1)にガス検体を注入する方法と、
前記ライン(1)に注入するガス検体を受けるよう配置された、温度制御分離毛管コラム(4)と、
毛管コラム(4)出口のガスセンサー(5)と、
検体注入のような計測段階、注入、計測時間、を自動制御するための方法(6)からなる制御インターフェース(6)と、を有することを特徴とする混合ガス内特殊組成物の分離装置。 - 交換可能な検体チャンバー(2)が、前濃縮器要素であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ガスセンサー(5)が、非選択的だが高感度であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 検体チャンバー(2)が前記ライン(1)に2つのバルブ(7)によってバイパスして可動に接続可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載の装置。 - 自動ピーク検知による組成物認証と、ピーク域比較計算による相対濃縮のためのデータ制御システム(6)を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 毛管コラム(4)の長さが1から5メートルの間、毛管コラム(4)の高さが50から250マイクロメートルの間、毛管コラム(4)の幅が30から150マイクロメートルの間からなることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記毛管コラム(4)は、内面がポリマーで被覆されるが満たされてはいないことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ポリマーが、ポリジメチルシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 周辺空気から前記運搬ガスを生成するための小規模ポンプシステムを有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 口臭診断のための前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ライン(1)を通じて圧力制御された中性運搬ガスを運搬する過程と、
検体チャンバー(2)は前記ライン(1)に可動に接続可能であり、特殊容量の該検体チャンバー(2)内で分析するための混合ガスを収集する過程と、
検体容量加圧のため、検体チャンバー(2)を前記ライン(1)に接続する過程と、
0.5から3秒の間で選択できる注入時間で、前記ライン(1)にガス検体を注入する過程と、
温度制御された分離毛管コラム(4)において、前記ライン(1)に注入されたガス検体を受ける過程と、
高感度だが非選択的なガスセンサーを経由して、毛管コラム(4)の出口で分離ガス組成物を検出する過程と、を有することを特徴とする混合ガス内特殊組成物の分離方法。 - 注入は、0.15から0.5バールの圧力レンジで行われることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 小規模ポンプシステムを用いて周辺空気から前記運搬を生成することを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 組成物認証が、自動ピーク検知と、データ制御システム(6)を用いたピーク域比較計算により定義される相対濃縮と、によって達成されることを特徴とする請求項11乃至13記載の方法。
- 口臭分析のための前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 息内で検知された特殊組成物が、H2S(硫化水素)、かつ/またはCH2SH(メチルメカプタン)、かつ/または(CH3)2S(硫化ジメチル)であることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
