Abstract
Description
本発明は、センサー用の植込装置および当該装置を製造する製法に関する。植込装置は、拡張可能な固定具と、該固定具に取り付けられた、固定され長手方向に整列配置されたブリッジと、該ブリッジに固定されたセンサーとを有する。
Claims (51)
- 長手方向軸線に沿って管腔を画定する複数の蛇行リングを有し、圧縮および拡張される形態を有する固定具と、
前記固定具に取り付けられ、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し、前記固定具が圧縮された形態にあるときは前記固定具の前記長手方向軸線に実質的に整列配置され、前記固定具が拡張された形態にあるときは前記管腔内に入り込むブリッジと
を有する植込装置。 - 前記固定具の隣接する蛇行リングが複数のセルを画定することを特徴とする請求項1の植込装置。
- 前記複数の蛇行リングが前記固定具の全長にわたって長手方向に間隔を置いて配置され、各蛇行部材が複数の峰部と複数の谷部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2の植込装置。
- 前記隣接する蛇行リングが第1の蛇行リングの峰部と第2の蛇行リングの谷部との間で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジの前記第1の端部が第1の蛇行リングの峰部に取り付けられ、前記ブリッジの前記第2の端部が第2の蛇行リングの谷部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3の植込装置。
- 前記第1の蛇行リングの前記峰部および前記第2の蛇行リングの前記谷部の間の距離は前記圧縮された形態のときの方が前記拡張された形態のときよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項4または5の植込装置。
- 前記固定具のセルが当該セルの相対する端部に2つの頂点を有し、当該頂点に前記ブリッジの前記端部が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2の植込装置。
- 前記頂点間の距離は前記圧縮された形態のときの方が前記拡張された形態のときよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項7の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジが、溶接、はんだ付け、ろう付けによって、または接着剤を介して、前記固定具に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジおよび前記固定具が単一のユニットとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジがプレートを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記プレートにセンサーが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項11の植込装置。
- 前記センサーを前記プレートに取り付けるよう構成された接合補助リングをさらに有する請求項12の植込装置。
- 前記接合補助リングの下端が、ロックタブ、溶接、はんだ付け、ろう付け、または接着剤によって、前記プレートに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項13の植込装置。
- 前記センサーの上面が前記接合補助リング内に引っ込んでいることを特徴とする請求項13または14の植込装置。
- 前記接合補助リングが前記センサーの突出部のために構成された開口を有することを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記センサーが流体圧力を測定するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記センサーがポリエチレングリコールでコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項12〜17のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記センサーがカプセルに包んだセンサーであることを特徴とする請求項12〜18のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジが実質的にまっすぐであることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジが複数の湾曲部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記ブリッジに取り付けられた血管造影マーカーをさらに有する請求項1〜21のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記固定具が部分的な拡張後に前記圧縮された形態に戻ることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜22のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記プレート内にセンサーが埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜23のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 前記固定具が自己拡張可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜24のいずれか一項の植込装置。
- 拡張可能な固定具と、ブリッジと、センサーとを有し、それによって、前記拡張可能な固定具が、圧縮および拡張される形態を有し、前記固定具が、長手方向軸線を有するとともに固定具壁を形成し、前記固定具が前記圧縮された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記固定具の前記長手方向軸線に沿って前記固定具壁に整列配置され、前記固定具が拡張された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記管腔内に入り込むよう構成された植込装置を製造する方法であって、
(a)前記固定具およびブリッジを単一のユニットとして製造するステップと、
(b)所望の拡張後の前記固定具の直径とディボットとを有するマンドレルに前記した固定具およびブリッジを組み付けるステップと、
(c)前記ディボットの上に前記ブリッジを配置するステップと、
(d)前記固定具および前記ブリッジを熱機械的にあらかじめ設定された形状に熱処理するステップと、
(e)前記センサーを前記ブリッジに組み付けるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記植込装置をデリバリーカテーテル上にクリンプするステップ(f)をさらに有する請求項26の方法。
- ステップ(e)において、接合補助リングによって前記センサーを前記ブリッジに取り付けることを特徴とする請求項26または27の方法。
- 前記センサーと前記ブリッジとの間に血管造影マーカーが挿入されることを特徴とする請求項26〜28のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記した固定具およびブリッジが平坦な金属シートから形成されることを特徴とする請求項26〜29のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記した固定具およびブリッジが平面状の金属シートから形成されることを特徴とする請求項26〜29のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記した固定具およびブリッジがチューブから形成されることを特徴とする請求項26〜29のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(c)において、前記ブリッジが前記マンドレル上の前記ディボット内に押し込まれることを特徴とする請求項26〜32のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(d)の前記熱処理が、約25〜40分間、600±3℃で加熱することを含む請求項26〜33のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(d)の前記熱処理が、約70〜85分間、320±3℃で加熱することを含む請求項26〜33のいずれか一項の方法。
- 拡張可能な固定具と、ブリッジと、センサーとを有し、それによって、前記拡張可能な固定具が、圧縮および拡張される形態を有し、前記固定具が、長手方向軸線を有するとともに固定具壁を形成し、前記固定具が前記圧縮された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記固定具の前記長手方向軸線に沿って前記固定具壁に整列配置され、前記固定具が拡張された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記管腔内に入り込むよう構成された植込装置を製造する方法であって、
(a)前記固定具を製造するステップと、
(b)前記ブリッジを製造するステップと、
(c)前記固定具および前記ブリッジを熱処理するステップと、
(d)前記ブリッジを前記固定具に取り付けるステップと、
(e)前記センサーを前記ブリッジに組み付けるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記植込装置をデリバリーカテーテル上にクリンプするステップ(f)をさらに有する請求項36の方法。
- ステップ(d)がステップ(c)に先立って実行されることを特徴とする請求項36または37の方法。
- ステップ(e)がステップ(d)に先立って実行されることを特徴とする請求項36〜38のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(e)において、接合補助リングによって、前記センサーが前記ブリッジに組み付けられることを特徴とする請求項36〜39のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記センサーと前記ブリッジとの間に血管造影マーカーが挿入されることを特徴とする請求項36〜40のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記した固定具およびブリッジが平坦な金属シートから形成されることを特徴とする請求項36〜41のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記した固定具およびブリッジがチューブから形成されることを特徴とする請求項36〜41のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(c)が前記固定具をマンドレルに固定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項36〜42のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(c)の前記熱処理が、約25〜40分間、600±3℃で加熱することを含む請求項36〜44のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(c)の前記熱処理が、約70〜85分間、320±3℃で加熱することを含む請求項36〜44のいずれか一項の方法。
- ステップ(c)において、前記固定具の前記熱処理が前記ブリッジの前記熱処理とは別に実行されることを特徴とする請求項36〜46のいずれか一項の方法。
- 熱処理後、ステップ(d)に先立って、前記固定具が、凹んだ領域を有する治具上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項36〜47のいずれか一項の方法。
- 前記した固定具およびセンサーが前記治具の前記凹んだ領域内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項48の方法。
- (a)拡張可能な固定具と、ブリッジと、センサーとを有し、それによって、前記拡張可能な固定具が、圧縮および拡張される形態を有し、前記固定具が、長手方向軸線を有するとともに固定具壁を形成し、前記固定具が前記圧縮された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記固定具の前記長手方向軸線に沿って前記固定具壁に整列配置され、前記固定具が拡張された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記管腔内に入り込むよう構成された装置を用意すること、
(b)前記装置を管腔にデリバリーすること、
(c)前記固定具を拡張し、前記ブリッジを前記管腔内に入り込ませること、そして
(d)前記センサーを前記管腔内に入り込ませること
を特徴とする、センサーを植込むための方法。 - (a)デリバリーカテーテルと、
(b)拡張可能な固定具と、ブリッジと、センサーとを有し、それによって、前記拡張可能な固定具が、圧縮および拡張される形態を有し、前記固定具が、長手方向軸線を有するとともに固定具壁を形成し、前記固定具が前記圧縮された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記固定具の前記長手方向軸線に沿って前記固定具壁に整列配置され、前記固定具が拡張された形態のときは、前記ブリッジが前記管腔内に入り込むよう構成された、前記デリバリーカテーテル上に装着される植込装置と
を有する、センサーを植込むためのシステム。
