Description
Claims (11)
- 患者の解剖学的管網内のパラメータを検知するためのインプラントであって、
前記管網の壁部に第1の長手方向位置にて堅固に係合するように伸張される形状寸法を有する第1の固定要素と、
前記管網の壁部に第2の長手方向位置にて堅固に係合するように伸張される形状寸法を有する第2の固定要素と、
前記第1の固定要素と前記第2の固定要素とを、関節状に機械的に連結する第1の連結要素と、
検知要素と、
前記第1の連結要素に対して反対側の位置にて前記第1の固定要素に機械的に前記検知要素を連結する第2の剛性連結要素であって、前記検知要素の少なくとも一部が壁から離れるように内側に吊り下げられる第2の剛性連結要素とを含むインプラント。 - 患者の解剖学的管網内のパラメータを検知するためのインプラントであって、
前記管網の壁部に第1の長手方向位置にて堅固に係合するように伸張される形状寸法を有する第1の固定要素と、
前記管網の壁部に第2の長手方向位置にて堅固に係合するように伸張される形状寸法を有する第2の固定要素と、
前記第1の固定要素と前記第2の固定要素とを、関節状に機械的に連結する第1の連結要素と、
前記第1の連結要素に対して反対側の位置にて前記第1の固定要素に機械的に連結された検知要素であって、前記検知要素の少なくとも一部が壁から離れるように内側に吊り下げられる検知要素と、
前記管網の壁部に第3の長手方向に位置にて堅固に係合するように伸張される形状寸法を有する第3の固定要素と、
前記第2の固定要素と前記第3の固定要素とを関節状に機械的に連結する第2の連結要素とを含む
を含むインプラント。 - 前記管網が血管網である請求項1または2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1の長手方向位置及び前記第2の長手方向位置の少なくとも一方が右肺動脈内にある請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記管網が、前記第1の長手方向位置と前記第2の長手方向位置とにおいてそれぞれ実質的に異なる直径を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1の長手方向位置及び前記第2の長手方向位置が、単一の解剖学的管の内部にある請求項1〜5のいずれか一項インプラント。
- 前記第1の長手方向位置が主要な解剖学的管内にあり、前記第2の長手方向位置が、前記主要な解剖学的管の解剖学的管分枝内にある請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1の固定要素及び前記第2の固定要素の各々が、ステント及びコイルから成る群から選択される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記検知要素が、圧力センサ、加速度計、壁運動センサ、流量センサ、温度センサ、酸素センサ、グルコースセンサ、凝固物センサ、電気活動センサ、及びpHセンサのうちの1つ以上を含む請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- さらに、前記管網の壁部に第3の長手方向に位置にて堅固に係合するように伸張される形状寸法を有する第3の固定要素と、
前記第2の固定要素と前記第3の固定要素とを関節状に機械的に連結する別の連結要素とを含む請求項1および3〜9のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。 - さらに、前記検知要素により検知された情報をリモートレシーバにワイヤレス伝送するように構成されたトランスミッタを含む請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
