Claims (6)
- カニューレドライバと協働して使用されるフレキシブルポータルカニューレであって、
前記カニューレドライバが、遠位端部と近位端部と遠位端部から延びる少なくとも一つの遠位方向に延びる突出部とを有する軸部を備え、
前記フレキシブルポータルカニューレが、
フレキシブル管を備え、
前記フレキシブル管が、近位端部と遠位端部と前記フレキシブル管の近位端部から遠位端部まで延びる内孔とを有し、前記フレキシブル管の前記遠位端部が、手術ポータルを介して手術部位内に挿入し易いように形成され、前記フレキシブル管が、前記フレキシブル管の遠位端部近傍で前記フレキシブル管の内表面上に設けられて近位方向を向いた溝部を有し、前記近位方向を向いた溝部が、カニューレドライバの遠位方向に延びる突出部を収容するように寸法決めされている、
フレキシブルポータルカニューレ。 - 前記近位方向を向いた溝部が、フレキシブル管の内表面から近位方向に延びるリングとの間の空間により画定される環状の溝部である、請求項1に記載のポータルカニューレ。
- 前記近位方向を向いた溝部が、ポータルカニューレの内壁から内側に延びるフランジから近位方向に延びるリングとの間の空間により画定される環状の溝部である、請求項1に記載のポータルカニューレ。
- 関節鏡視下処置で使用するためにフレキシブルポータルカニューレを体内に送給するシステムであって、
内孔と遠位先端とを有する硬質管を備え、前記遠位先端が、更に、硬質管の残りの部分よりも内径が大きい遠位方向に延びる突出部を備える、硬質ドライバと、
遠位先端と近位端部とを有し、更に、内孔を有し、前記遠位先端が、硬質管の遠位方向に延びる突出部を収容するように寸法決めされる溝部を画定する近位方向に延びる唇状部を有する、カニューレと、
を備え、
硬質ドライバがカニューレの近位端部を通ってカニューレの内孔に挿入されると、前記硬質管の遠位方向に延びる突出部が、前記カニューレの近位方向に延びる唇状部と係合する、
システム。 - 前記カニューレが、矩形の横断面を有する内孔により特徴付けられる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 関節鏡視下処置で使用するためにフレキシブルポータルカニューレを体内に送給する方法であって、
内孔と遠位先端とにより特徴付けられ、前記遠位先端が、更に、硬質管の残りの部分よりも内径が大きい遠位方向に延びる突出部を備える、硬質ドライバを準備し、
遠位先端と近位端部とを有し、更に、内孔を有し、前記遠位先端が、硬質管の遠位方向に延びる突出部を収容するように寸法決めされる溝部を画定する近位方向に延びる唇状部を有する、カニューレを準備し、
切り換えスティックを準備し、
硬質ドライバをカニューレの内孔に挿通することにより、前記遠位方向に延びる突出部をカニューレの近位方向に延びる唇状部と係合させ、
切り換えスティックを硬質ドライバの内孔に挿通し、
カニューレが所望の位置に到達するまで、切り換えスティックを手術ポータル内に挿入し、
切り換えスティックを抜き取り、
硬質ドライバを抜き取る、
ことを含む方法。
