Claims (13)
- 容器を検査するための検査装置であって、
容器(16)の少なくとも一つの領域を光学的に検査するための少なくとも二つの撮像装置(12)と、
第1の撮像装置(12)と前記容器(16)との間の少なくとも一つの光学経路及び第2の撮像装置(12)と前記容器(16)との間の第2の光学経路を通って延在する少なくとも一つの光学チャンネル(14)とを備え、
前記光学チャンネル(14)は、少なくとも二つの同一のチャンネル素子(20)を備え、当該チャンネル素子がそれぞれ開口部(24)を備え、当該開口部を通って前記光学経路が延在し、
前記チャンネル素子(20)の少なくとも一つがビーム分割素子(34)のための受容部(38)を備え、前記ビーム分割素子において前記第1の光学経路が前記第2の光学経路から分離される検査装置。 - 請求項1に記載の検査装置において、前記チャンネル素子(20)は、それぞれ中空素子として形成されており、当該中空素子において壁部が内部空間を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の検査装置において、前記チャンネル素子(20)は、それぞれ直方体状に形成されており、少なくとも三つの開口部(24)が直方体の側面に形成され、当該開口部を通って光学経路が延在可能とされていることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項3に記載の検査装置において、前記チャンネル素子(20)は、回転対称の構造を備えていることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の検査装置において、前記チャンネル素子(20)は、立方体状に形成されていることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置において、
前記チャンネル素子(20)は、それぞれ少なくとも三つの開口部(24)を備え、当該開口部を通って、光学経路が延在可能とされ、
前記開口部のうち、少なくとも第1及び第2の開口部(24)が一列に並べて配設されているとともに、第3の開口部(24)がこれに対して角度を持って配設されており、
光学経路が前記第1の開口部(24)から前記ビーム分割素子(18)での反射又は反射素子での反射を介して前記第3の開口部(24)へと延在するように、ビーム分割素子(18)又は反射素子のための少なくとも一つのホルダ(38)が設けられていることを特徴とする検査装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置において、
チャンネル素子(20)内に受容するための少なくとも一つの挿入体(26)が設けられており、
前記挿入体(26)は、少なくとも一つの光学素子のためのホルダ(38)を備えていることを特徴とする検査装置。 - 請求項7に記載の検査装置において、
前記挿入体(26)は、チャンネル素子(20)内に案内部に沿って挿入可能とされていることを特徴とする検査装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の検査装置において、前記挿入体(26)は、光学経路を通過させるための少なくとも一つの開口部(32)を備えていることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項9に記載の検査装置において、
前記挿入体(26)は、光学経路を通過させるための二つの開口部(32)を備え、
前記開口部(32)は、互いに角度をなした穴として形成されていることを特徴とする検査装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置において、前記チャンネル素子(20)は、複数の固定穴(36)が同じ配置とされた側面をそれぞれ備えていることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置において、少なくとも一つのレンズエレメント(22)が、前記光学チャンネル(14)と前記容器(16)との間の前記光学経路に配設されていることを特徴とする検査装置。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置に用いるためのチャンネル素子。
