Claims (21)
- 一次チャネルを画定する一体型一次リード管と、
前記一次リード管と一体に形成され、複数の二次チャネルを画定する複数の二次リード管であって、二次リード管の各々が、前記一次チャネルと交差する、複数の二次リード管と、
前記一次チャネルと前記二次チャネルとの交差部分に位置付けられた開口部を備える計器リード分割器と、
前記開口部に、流体密封様式で配置されたキャップと、を備える、計器リード分離器。 - 複数のリードをさらに備え、前記リードの各々が前記一次通路の中を通過し、前記複数のリードの一部分が、前記複数の二次通路の各々の中を通過する、請求項1に記載の前記計器リード分離器。
- 前記複数のリードが、管およびワイヤを含む、請求項2に記載の前記計器リード分離器。
- 前記一次管チャネルおよび前記二次管チャネルが、内部を通過するリードを破損することを回避するために実質的に平滑である、請求項1に記載の前記計器リード分離器。
- 前記一次管チャネルと前記二次管チャネルとの間の前記交差部分も、内部を通過するリードを破損することを回避するために実質的に平滑である、請求項4に記載の前記計器リード分離器。

- 計器リードを経路決めするための方法であって、
(a)配線出口を通じて一次管によって画定される一次チャネル中に計器リードを通すことと、
(b)前記計器リードを、前記一次チャネルと前記複数の二次チャネルとの交差部分に経路決めすることと、
(c)前記一次チャネルと前記複数の二次チャネルとの前記交差部分における開口部を介して前記計器リードにアクセスして、前記計器リードを、前記交差部分から、前記一次管と一体に形成される複数の二次管のうちの1つによって画定される二次チャネルに経路決めすることと、
(d)所望の量のリードが、前記複数の二次チャネルの各々に経路決めされるまで、ステップ(a)〜(c)を繰り返すことと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記計器リードを、その機能に基づいて二次通路に経路決めすることをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記方法。

- 計器リード分割器を作製する方法であって、
(a)粉砕材料の層であって、厚さを有する層を、作業ステージ上に堆積することと、
(b)開口部を有する交差部分で結合された一次管部分と複数の二次管部分とを有する計器リード分割器を定義するデータに基づいて、前記層の少なくとも一部分を選択的に焼結することと、
(c)前記作業ステージを前記厚さだけ下降させることと、
(d)前記計器リード分割器が完成するまでステップ(a)〜(c)を繰り返すことと、
(g)前記計器リード分割器を前記作業ステージから取り外すことと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記交差部分に形成された開口部にキャップを取り付けることをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の前記方法。
- 未焼結の材料を前記計器リード分割器から除去することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の前記方法。
- 前記層の少なくとも一部分を選択的に焼結することが、前記一次管部分を囲む送油支柱に対応する前記層の一部分を焼結することを含む、請求項15に記載の前記方法。
- 前記層の少なくとも一部分を選択的に焼結することが、前記送油支柱に囲まれる送油管に対応する前記層の一部分を焼結することを含む、請求項18に記載の前記方法。
- 前記送油支柱が、流線形であり、配線出口を備える、請求項18に記載の前記方法。
