Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 窓に通信可能に結合されるよう構成される制御ユニットであって、
前記窓は、該窓を透過する光の色温度の変化をもたらすよう制御可能であり、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記窓を透過すべき及び/又は前記窓を透過した光の色温度を示す信号を獲得し、
少なくとも前記色温度を示す信号に基づいて少なくとも前記窓を透過する光の色温度に関し前記窓を制御するよう構成される、制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
少なくとも前記色温度を示す信号に基づいて、前記窓を透過する光の色温度の4000K以下、より好ましくは、3400K以下、さらに好ましくは、2700K以下の色温度への変化をもたらすよう前記窓を制御するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記窓を透過すべき及び/又は前記窓を透過した光の輝度を示す信号を獲得し、
前記輝度を示す信号に基づいて前記窓を制御するよう構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記窓は、該窓を透過できる光の程度に関し制御可能であり、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記輝度を示す信号に基づいて前記窓を透過できる光の程度に関し前記窓を制御するよう構成される、請求項3に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記輝度を示す信号に基づいて、前記窓を透過する光が1000lux以下、好ましくは、500lux以下の平均輝度を持つよう前記窓を透過できる光の程度に関し前記窓を制御するよう構成される、請求項4に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記輝度を示す信号に基づいて前記窓を透過する光の色温度に関し前記窓を制御するよう構成される、請求項3乃至5の何れか一項に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記窓を透過すべき及び/又は前記窓を透過した光の輝度を示す信号を獲得し、
前記輝度を示す信号に基づいて光源により放たれる光の輝度を制御するよう構成され、
前記光源は、前記制御ユニットに通信可能に結合され、前記窓の端部に光を入射するよう配設される、請求項1又は2に記載の制御ユニット。 - 窓であって、該窓を透過する光の色温度の変化をもたらすよう制御可能である、窓、及び
前記窓を制御するための請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の制御ユニットを有するシステム。 - 前記窓を透過すべき及び/又は前記窓を透過した光の色温度を検知し、
前記検知した色温度を示す信号を前記制御ユニットに送信するよう構成されるセンサを有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記窓の端部に光を入射するよう配設される光源を有し、
前記窓は、前記光源により該窓の端部に入射される光を出力するよう配設される、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。 - 前記窓は、該窓を透過する光の色温度の変化をもたらすため、少なくともマゼンタ、黄及び好ましくはシアンの色に関し制御可能である、請求項8乃至10の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記窓は、電気的に制御可能な粒子を有し、
前記窓を透過する光の色温度は、前記粒子を電気的に制御することにより制御可能である、請求項8乃至11の何れか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記電気的に制御可能な粒子は、少なくとも第1の色の粒子及び第2の色の粒子を含み、
前記第1の色の粒子は、前記第2の色の粒子と独立して制御可能である、請求項12に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の色の粒子及び前記第2の色の粒子は、単一の層内で混合される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の色の粒子及び前記第2の色の粒子は、別個の層内に配設される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
