Claims (16)
- バイオマスが、水蒸気及び空気で加圧されたリアクタ(11)内で150〜300℃の温度範囲内で熱処理にかけられ、前記熱処理の最後で前記圧力が解放される、前記バイオマスから燃料を作成するためのプロセスであって、一時的な圧力解放時の前記水蒸気及び他のガスの体積増加が、フレキシブルな容積を有するコンテナ(14)内に蓄積され、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(13)内で凝縮性ガスを凝縮させて、その凝縮熱を放出するように、前記水蒸気及び他のガスが、少なくとも1つの熱交換器(13)内で熱交換される、ことを特徴とする、プロセス。
- フレキシブルな容積を有する少なくとも1つのコンテナ(14)が、前記熱交換器(13)の下流で用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器(13)内で吸収された熱が、供給水分を予熱するために少なくとも部分的に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝縮性ガスが、前記気体(26)から分離された凝縮物(25)として収集されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝縮物(25)が、放出される前に精製されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記気体が、放出される前に少なくとも1つの精製工程(15)を通過することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記精製工程(15)が、燃焼室及び排気ガスからの熱回収を伴う、可燃成分を燃焼させることを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマスがセルロース材料を含み、前記圧力解放の少なくとも一部が、前記セルロースを解繊するために急峻に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、リグニンを軟化させるために十分な時間、200〜240℃の間のレンジで行われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。

- バイオマスから燃料を作成するための装置であって、前記バイオマスが、水蒸気及び空気で加圧されたリアクタ(11)内で、150〜300℃の温度範囲内で熱処理にかけられ、前記熱処理の最後で、前記圧力が解放され、前記熱処理のためのリアクタ(11)と、前記処理後に材料を受け取る圧力解放タンク(12)とを含み、前記圧力解放容器を離脱した気体のために少なくとも1つの熱交換器(13)と、前記圧力解放タンク(12)から放出された非凝縮性ガスを一時的に蓄積するための、フレキシブルな容積を有する少なくとも1つのコンテナ(14)とをさらに含む、装置。
