- 前記マイクロレンズは、片面凸レンズ、片面凹レンズ、両面凸レンズ、両面凹レンズ、対称または非対称の球形レンズのいずれか1種であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記マイクロレンズの屈折率は、所定の屈折率であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示層は、上から下への順に上偏光板、色ガラスフィルター、薄膜電界効果ガラス板および下偏光板を備え、
前記光起電材料は、前記上偏光板に嵌め込まれ、
前記光起電材料の嵌め込み位置は、前記表示層における所定の一部の駆動回路または全部の駆動回路の直上方に位置し、
前記上偏光板における前記嵌め込み位置以外の領域に透光ユニットが形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光起電材料は、非晶質シリコン、微結晶シリコン、テルル化カドミウム薄膜太陽電池、太陽薄膜電池のいずれか1種または多種の材料の組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記支持層は、反射層であり、前記反射層は、前記バックライト層から下へ発射した光線を反射するために用いられることを特徴とする、
請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示装置は、さらに、タッチ層を備え、
前記タッチ層は、前記表示層の上方に位置し、タッチ信号に応答するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記透光ユニットは、所定の部分の可視光に対して透明であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記透光ユニットは、前記表示装置の水平方向に沿って複数の直線形状の光起電材料を配列してなることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 請求項11〜22のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置を備え、前記表示装置で出力された電流を受けて使用することを特徴とする、機器。
