Claims (20)
- 対象内への挿入に対して構成される遠位部分における非鉄センサ、前記遠位部分に接続されるロック要素、及び前記ロック要素に接続され、前記非鉄センサと光ファイバを介して光通信し、コネクタを含む近位部分を含む光ファイバセンサプローブと、
前記光ファイバセンサプローブの遠位部分をカバーし、前記ロック要素と係合し、無菌外面を提供するシースと、
を有する、磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 前記シースが、丸められた先端を持つ遠位部分、前記遠位部分に接続された中央部分、及び前記光ファイバセンサプローブの前記ロック要素に係合する近位部分を含む、請求項1に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。
- 前記シースが、
前記シースの外側に配置され、前記光ファイバセンサプローブの遠位部分を担持する空洞について前記シースの前記中央及び遠位部分の囲いを提供する、少なくとも1つの外周シーム、
を含む、請求項1及び2の何れか一項に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。 - 前記シースは、近位端に接続された2つの対向するタブを含み、前記タブは、医療関係者が、前記ロック要素に係合する示された距離だけ前記光ファイバセンサプローブ上で前記シースを引っ張ることを可能にする、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。
- 前記シースが、近位端に接続された2つの対向するタブを含み、前記タブは、医療関係者が、前記シースの前記中央部分及び前記遠位部分を裏返しながら前記光ファイバセンサプローブから前記シースを取り外すことを可能にする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。
- 前記光ファイバセンサプローブの前記ロック要素が、先細である、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。
- 前記光ファイバセンサプローブ及び前記シースの材料が、最小の磁気共鳴信号を生成し、前記プローブ及び前記シースの一方に沿った磁気共鳴撮像可能マーカを含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。
- 前記非鉄センサが、温度センサを含み、前記シースを持つ前記光ファイバセンサプローブが、約20秒以下における20℃から37℃の温度変化に応答する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の磁気共鳴プローブ。
- 磁気共鳴信号を生成せず、光ファイバセンサプローブの一方の端部に配置された少なくとも1つの非鉄センサを受けて囲むように一方の端部において開いており、他方の端部において閉じている空洞を持ち、無菌外面を提供する材料の管、
を有する、無菌シース。 - 前記管が、
前記センサプローブのロック要素と係合し、接続する、前記材料の開いている端部に接続される管状近位部分、
を含む、請求項9に記載の無菌シース。 - 前記ロック要素が、先細ロック要素を含む、請求項10に記載の無菌シース。
- 前記管状近位端部の開いている端部に接続された2つの対向するタブであって、医療関係者が、前記ロック要素に係合する示された距離だけ前記プローブ上で前記材料を引っ張ることを可能にする、当該タブ、
を含む、請求項10に記載の無菌シース。 - 前記材料が、少なくとも1つの外周シームを含み、前記少なくとも1つの外周シームが、前記空洞の外側で前記空洞の長さに及び、前記少なくとも1つの外周シームの内側で空気チャネルを提供する、請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載の無菌シース。
- 前記シースが、少なくとも50.8cmの長さを持ち、4.9mm以下の直径を持つ、請求項9乃至13の何れか一項に記載の無菌シース。
- 前記材料の前記無菌外面をカバーし、維持する、取り外し可能カバー、
を含む、請求項9乃至14の何れか一項に記載の無菌シース。 - 前記シースが、先細の摩擦フィットで前記プローブに係合する、請求項9乃至15の何れか一項に記載の無菌シース。
- 温度感知プローブと少なくとも1つの光ファイバを担持する細長いシャフトとを含む光ファイバ温度感知カテーテルをカバーする、請求項9乃至16の何れか一項に記載の無菌シース。
- 前記細長いシャフトが、1以上の磁気共鳴可視マーキングを持つ、請求項17に記載の無菌シース。
- 磁気共鳴温度プローブを構成する方法において、
無菌シース内に光ファイバセンサプローブの遠位部分における非鉄温度センサを挿入するステップであって、前記無菌シースが、磁気共鳴信号を生成せず、前記光ファイバセンサプローブの前記遠位部分をカバーし、前記シースの近位端が、前記プローブの前記遠位部分に接続されたロック要素に摩擦係合する、ステップ、
を有する、方法。 - 前記非鉄温度センサと光通信し、前記非鉄温度センサにより測定された温度を表示するシステムに前記プローブを接続するステップ、
を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
