The sub air chamber 541 is a chamber 51 of the air storage unit 5 used for exhaust. A control valve 8 that can be screwed is provided in the outer end opening of the manifold 54 without communicating with the manifold 54. By adjusting the screwing depth of the control valve 8, the volume of the auxiliary air chamber 541 can be adjusted.
