Abstract
Description
特に、ブランクのプレス加工/エンボス加工によってライトガイドプレートを得る場合、均一なプレス力と、剪断力がないこととによって、良好な光学的性質が得られる。図7および8に示される流体が満たされた空隙47によって、表面および工具にわたって圧力が均一化され、剪断力は全く伝達しない。能動加熱を使用しない場合、または別の能動加熱手段を使用する場合にも使用できるこの特徴によって、流体が満たされた空隙47が使用されない工具と比較して、完成製品の品質が改善され、および/または歩留まりが改善される。
最上層25は、多くの場合で非常に薄くてよく、加熱および冷却の間にそれぞれある程度膨張および収縮することができるが、電流が入る端部においてバッキング層27との確実な接続が得られるべきである。これは工具半体の作用面全体を取り囲む、たとえば銅でできた伝導フレーム63によって実現することができる。最上層25は、最上層の端部において伝導フレーム63上に浮遊して存在する。これは図11にも示されている。
前述のようにライトガイドを製造する場合、特別な注意が必要となりうる。ちょうど端部での樹脂の溶融が多すぎる場合、端部において光が意図せぬ方法で漏れることがある。また端部におけるブランクの厚さが減少しうる。同時にブランク表面全体に圧力が加えられることが望ましい。

Claims (8)
- 作用工具面を加熱するための層のスタックを含む加熱装置を含み、前記スタックが:振動磁界を発生させるための少なくとも1つの巻きコイルを含むコイル保持層(21)と、前記作用工具面に隣接する導電性最上層(25)と、前記最上層から見て前記コイル保持層の下に配置されるバッキング層(27)とを含み、前記バッキング層は、前記コイル巻線が巻かれる端部において前記最上層に電気的に接続され、前記最上層よりも低い抵抗率(resisitivity)を有する、射出成形工具またはエンボス加工/プレス加工工具などの工具において、前記コイル保持層と前記最上層との間に配置される導電性中間層(23)において、前記中間層が前記最上層よりも低い抵抗率を有し、前記中間層と前記最上層との間に熱抵抗層(29)が配置され、前記熱抵抗層が、ポリイミドなどの耐熱性プラスチック材料を含むことを特徴とする工具。
- 作用面においてプラスチックを成形するための手段を含む、射出成形工具またはエンボス加工/プレス加工工具などの工具において、前記工具が、前記作用面から見て最上層の下に配置されるコイル(19)によって誘導される電流によって加熱される導電性最上層(83)と、前記作用面から見て前記コイルの下に配置されるバッキング層(27)とを有し、前記バッキング層が、前記最上層よりも低い抵抗率を有し、少なくとも前記コイル巻線が巻かれる互いに反対側の端部において前記最上層に接続され、少なくとも1つの電磁吸収層(93)が、前記最上層の表面の一部と前記コイルとの間のパターン中に配置され、それによって前記作用面において発生した熱は、前記作用面にわたって変動し、前記吸収層が配置される前記パターンの上では少なくなることを特徴とする工具。
- 請求項2に記載の工具において、前記吸収層が、絶縁コーティング(103)で取り囲むことができる強磁性鋼吸収層(93)であることを特徴とする工具。
- 請求項3に記載の工具において、前記強磁性鋼吸収層(93)が複数の副層(101)に積層されることを特徴とする工具。
- 請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載の工具において、前記強磁性鋼吸収層(93)が強磁性鋼シートバーの形態であることを特徴とする工具。
- 請求項2に記載の工具において、前記強磁性鋼吸収層(93)が、焼結ソフトフェライトなどの軟磁性材料でできていることを特徴とする工具。
- 請求項2に記載の工具において、前記強磁性鋼吸収層(93)が軟磁性複合材料でできていることを特徴とする工具。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の工具を使用することを特徴とする製造方法。
