Claims (7)
- 心臓弁における石灰沈着を破砕するための装置であって、
インパクタ組立体(10)とともに使用するためのスタビライザ組立体(20)であり、前記インパクタ組立体(10)と前記スタビライザ組立体(20)との間の十分なエネルギーをもった相対的な運動が、前記スタビライザ組立体(20)と前記インパクタ組立体(10)との間に挟まれた組織に位置する石灰沈着を破砕する、スタビライザ組立体(20)を含み、
前記スタビライザ組立体(20)が、近位後方に延在するスタビライザループ(30)によって連結された複数の遠位スタビライザ支柱(28)を含む、装置。 - 前記スタビライザ組立体(20)がシャフト(22)を含み、前記シャフト(22)から複数のアーム(24)が延在し、前記複数のアーム(24)が遠位部分に前記スタビライザ支柱(28)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のアーム(24)の遠位部分が架橋部分(26)を含み、前記架橋部分(26)の遠位から前記スタビライザ支柱(28)が延在する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記架橋部分(26)が、前記スタビライザ支柱(28)よりも幅広である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記スタビライザ支柱(28)が湾曲している、請求項1に記載の装置。
