前記データ入力画面に対してデータの入力があったとき、入力データとこれに対応するタグ名とを関連付けて少なくとも一時的に記憶する入力データ記憶部と、
前記データ入力画面に対するデータの入力が完了すると、当該データ入力画面のテンプレートに対応する構造化文書と、前記入力データ記憶部に記憶された前記入力データおよびタグ名とを参照し、入力データを含むデータ入力画面のレイアウトを記述するデータ入り構造化文書を生成する構造化文書生成部と、
前記データ入り構造化文書から、検索項目として少なくともタグ名を抽出する項目抽出部と、
前記項目抽出部によって前記データ入り構造化文書から抽出された検索項目と、当該データ入り構造化文書の少なくとも一部とを関連付けて記憶するデータベースとをさらに備え、
前記研究情報管理システムは、
