Description

The present invention relates to a net sponge used mainly for cleaning dishes in a kitchen and cleaning bathrooms.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a cleaning tool such as tableware or a cleaning tool, a net knitted flat yarn made of plastic film, a spun yarn, or the like, or a net sponge in which the net is formed in a bag shape and a sponge is enclosed is widely known. These cleaning tools have a large number of thread corners and meshes on the surface, and scrubbing and scraping dirt when they are rubbed in contact with the object to be cleaned. Therefore, it has a high cleaning ability.

Registered Utility Model No. 3111960

Generally, in order to enclose a sponge in the net, the net is continuously knitted into a cylindrical shape, cut into a predetermined length, one opening is closed by sewing or the like, and a bag is formed, and the other opening After the sponge is inserted, the opening is closed by sewing or the like.
For this reason, when manufacturing a conventional net sponge, at least one opening of a cylindrical net enclosing the sponge is formed by cutting. The net is configured by knitting a thread-like member, and is configured by repetition such as a loop shape. Therefore, when the cylindrical net is cut, an end portion of a loop cut from the cut portion, that is, an end member of a thread member constituting the net is generated. The end material is generated from a portion where the cylindrical net is cut and becomes dust, and fraying easily occurs from a portion where the loop is cut by cutting.
Moreover, when the net encloses the sponge, the opening is closed by sewing or the like, but not only there is a possibility that fraying of the end can not be completely suppressed, but the end material is mixed into the net sponge as a product, There is a possibility that problems such as coming out of the end material during use, that is, during cleaning work may occur.

The net sponge according to the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, eliminates the generation of the end material of the thread member constituting the net in the production of the net sponge, and generates the net sponge without generation of dust during production and mixing of the end material into the product. Is to provide.

To achieve the above purpose,
(1) A net sponge composed of a net and a sponge sealed in the net, wherein the net is integrally knitted into a bag shape having an opening that is open only at one location. Net sponge. Moreover, (2) It is preferable that the opening part of the said net contains the thread | yarn member which has a stretching property in the range of 5-25 mm from an opening edge part.

The net of the net sponge in the present invention is integrally knitted into a bag shape having only one opening. For this reason, there is no cutting step for adjusting to a predetermined size as in the case of manufacturing from a conventional net knitted into a cylindrical shape, and therefore no end material of the yarn member constituting the net by cutting is generated. Therefore, the end material is not mixed in the product and is suitable as a cleaning tool.

Further, in the conventional net sponge, at least two or more openings exist in the net manufacturing method, and the same number of sewing parts as the openings exist. The sewn part has a poorer water drainage than other parts, and bacteria easily propagate. However, since the net sponge of the present invention has only one opening as described above, the drainage of water is better than that of the conventional one and the growth of bacteria can be suppressed. In addition, the end without the sewn part is softer than the sewn part, and it is easily crushed just by lightly compressing, and it is easier to follow the shape of the object to be cleaned than the conventional net sponge, and the cleaning operation is efficient. .

(A) is a reference figure of the net sponge of this invention, (b) is a reference figure of the conventional net sponge. It is an example of the manufacturing process of the net | network in the conventional net sponge, (a) is the process of cut | disconnecting the net | network knitted into the cylinder shape, (b) is the cut | disconnected net, (c) is an enlarged reference drawing of the cutting | disconnection location. . It is sectional drawing which shows the opening part at the time of a sewing operation | work.

Originally, a knitted fabric is a fabric in which one or a plurality of types of yarns are used, loops are repeatedly knitted in a vertical or horizontal direction, and the structure of the knitted fabric is composed of a set of loops.

The method of knitting the net of the net sponge in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the opening can be integrally knitted into a bag shape having only one part (side), but it is preferable to use a flat knitting machine. When the net is integrally knitted into a bag shape, the net is not cut, and fraying of the end can be prevented. Moreover, since there is no said cutting | judgement location, generation | occurrence | production of the end material etc. of the thread | yarn member which comprises the net | network does not occur, and mixing of an end material into the product can be prevented.

Examples of the thread member that can be used for the net include flexible fibers made of nylon, polyester, acrylic, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, etc., flat yarn made of a plastic film such as polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, etc. What was conventionally used for net sponges, such as a metal vapor-deposited thing, can be used.

Moreover, in the said opening part, in the range of 5-25 mm from an opening edge part, it is preferable to include the thread member which has a stretching property, and to knit together.
Here, the opening end portion refers to an end portion of the opening portion that is a range surrounded by a dotted line in FIG.
Usually, when the opening is sewn, the opening end is manually folded in the direction of the inner arrow as shown in FIG. 3 (a) and sewn. The range is easily shrunk, and the opening end is automatically folded inward as shown in FIG. For this reason, when closing an opening part by sewing etc., the operation | work which folds an opening edge part inside by a human hand is omissible.
Further, in a region using stretchable yarns, for example, a tengu knitting method can be cited as a method for knitting the net. When the region is formed by the knitting method, the inner end of the opening automatically folds more favorably, the opening can be sewn more easily, and the opening does not need to be closed by sewing. Appearance and retention of the sponge as the contents are good.
If the opening is not completely closed by sewing or the like, the sponge of the contents can be exchanged as required, such as the number of uses.

The elastic yarn member is preferably an elastic yarn having an elongation of 50% or more at room temperature. When the elongation at room temperature is less than 50%, the automatic folding into the inner side of the opening end portion does not sufficiently occur, and there is a possibility that it will be folded by a human hand.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be specifically described below using examples, but the present invention is not limited to these.

The net sponge of the present invention does not generate any end material because the loop portion of the cut thread member that becomes the end material is not generated as shown in FIG. Moreover, like the thick line part in the opening part of FIG. 3B, the opening end part is automatically folded inward by knitting the elastic thread member in a certain range from the opening end part 3. This makes subsequent sewing work easier.
Furthermore, in the net used in the present invention and the conventional net, the net according to the present invention has better drainage, and thus can suppress the growth of bacteria.
