Abstract

Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン用のタービン構成要素の組立体であって、
第1の熱膨張係数を有し、端面(200)を含む第1の構成要素(16B)と、
前記端面(200)に当接する嵌合面(204)を含む第2の構成要素(12)と、
前記第1の熱膨張係数とは異なる第2の熱膨張係数を有し、前記第2の構成要素を係合するシャンク(216)と、前記第1の構成要素(16B)における装着スロット(206)を係合する拡大ヘッド(218)とを含むファスナー(214)と、
を備え、前記嵌合面(204)と前記端面(200)が、前記第1の構成要素(16B)と前記第2の構成要素(12)との間の相対旋回移動を許容するような形状にされる、組立体。 - 前記嵌合面(204)と前記端面(200)が、相互に直交する2つの軸線の周りで相対旋回移動を許容するような形状にされる、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記シャンク(216)が、前記第2の構成要素(12)に当接するリテーナ(228)に接続される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記ファスナー(214)のヘッド(218)が、前記シャンク(216)に隣接する近位部分(220)と遠位部分(222)とを含み、前記近位部分(220)が、末広形状を備えた表面を有する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記近位部分(220)が、回転体である、請求項4に記載の組立体。
- 前記装着スロット(206)が、入口(208)と、拡大エンドチャンバ(210)と、前記入口(208)と前記エンドチャンバ(210)を相互接続するテーパセクション(212)と、を含む断面形状を有し、前記テーパセクション(212)が、互いから末広になった離間して配置される壁のペアを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記ファスナー(214)が金属合金を含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。

- 前記第2の構成要素(12)が、ガスタービンエンジンの固定ノズル(10)の環状バンド(12,14)を含み、前記第1の構成要素(16B)が、前記バンド(12,14)によって受けられる端部を有する翼形のベーンを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記バンドがブラインドポケット(26)であり、該ブラインドポケット(26)が、嵌合面(204)を定める床部(204)を含む、請求項9に記載の組立体。
