Description
Claims (14)
- 特にソーセージの製造のための練り物状材料を充填する充填機(1)であって、
前記練り物状材料を移送するベーンセルポンプ(2)と、
前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)のベーンセル(7)内に負圧を発生させるための真空ポンプ(3)と
を備え、
前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)のハウジングが排出開口(8)を備え、該排出開口(8)を介して前記真空ポンプ(3)が前記ベーンセル(7)内からの排出を可能とする、充填機(1)において、
前記排出開口(8)が前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)のカバー(9)に形成されていることを特徴とする、充填機(1)。 - 前記排出開口(8)が真空ライン(14、13、6、4、43、35)を介して前記真空ポンプと連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充填機(1)。
- 前記真空ライン(14、13、6、4、43、35)が、前記カバー(9)のチャネル部分(14)と、前記カバー(9)及び/又は該カバー(9)が取り付けられる揺動ハウジング(10)に形成された穴部(13)とを備え、
検査開口(5)が好ましくは前記穴部の上部領域に形成され、該検査開口を通して、前記排出開口(8)及び/又は該排出開口(8)と連通している前記チャネル部分(14)が検査可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の充填機(1)。 - 前記真空ライン(14、13、6、4、43、35)がチャネル(6)を備え、該チャネル(6)は、一端が、引き出された練り物状材料のための収集容器(4)と連通し、他端が、穴部(13)、特に前記穴部(13)の下部領域に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の充填機(1)。
- 前記カバー(9)が閉じられているとき、前記チャネル(6)及び/又は前記収集容器(4)が検査開口(5)を通して検査され得ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の充填機(1)。
- 検査開口(5)が、特に閉鎖要素(12)によって閉鎖可能であり、軸線方向に移動可能であるピストン(12)及び/又は前記閉鎖要素(12)が検査ガラスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)。
- 軸線方向に移動可能であるピストン(12)が前記穴部(13)内で軸線方向に移動可能であり、該ピストン(12)が、
下部位置において、チャネル部分(14)からチャネル(6)を分離させることができ、及び/又は、
前記穴部(13)から取り外されることができ、及び/又は、
前記チャネル(6)及び前記チャネル部分(14)を空気抜きするように十分に上方に移動され得る
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)。 - 前記真空ポンプと前記ベーンセルポンプとの間の真空接続部を分離させる被駆動型の閉鎖シリンダ(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)。
- 特に温度及び/又は圧力を測定するために、センサ(17)が、前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)の閉鎖要素(12)及び/又は前記カバー(9)に組み込まれ、又は、チャネル(6)及び/又は前記収集容器(4)及び/又はチャネル部分(14)及び/又は前記排出開口(8)を光学的に検出しそれをディスプレイ上に表示する光学センサが、前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)の閉鎖要素(12)及び/又は前記カバー(9)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)。
- 前記センサ(17)が、ベーンセルチャンバ内の圧力に応じて移動可能である表示要素(40)を備える圧力センサであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の充填機(1)。
- 前記表示要素(40)、特に高さの調節が可能であるスライダが、前記閉鎖要素(12)のチャネル(41)の上部領域に配置され、ばねにより所定の垂直位置に保持されており、前記表示要素(40)は、前記ベーンセルチャンバ(7)内の圧力が減少すると、ばね力に抗して下方に移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の充填機(1)。
- 前記真空チャネルが、前記カバー(9)と前記揺動ハウジング(10)との間の領域内で封止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)を用いた練り物状材料を充填する方法であって、
前記練り物状材料が前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)により運ばれ、前記真空ポンプ(3)により前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)の前記ベーンセル(7)内の負圧が発生される、方法において、
前記ベーンセル(7)が、前記ベーンセルポンプ(2)の前記ハウジングの前記カバー(9)における排出開口(8)を通して排出が行われることを特徴とする、方法。 - 真空領域における溝状の凹部(80)が、ポンプ内部に向いている前記カバー(9)の面に形成されており、前記排出開口が、前記真空領域における前記凹部(80)の外側に配置されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の充填機(1)。
