偽造防止画像を生成し、
前記偽造防止画像を前記三次元モデルと組み合わせ、
前記三次元モデルに基づき、金属粉末を前記電磁放射線でスキャンすることによって、付加製造プロセスによって前記金属粉末から連続的に前記製品を成形し、
前記偽造防止画像に基づき、前記金属粉末の選択部分を前記電磁放射線でスキャンすることによって、前記付加製造プロセス中に前記製品に偽造防止マークを形成し、
前記付加製造プロセス中に、前記画像化システムで前記製品を調べることによって、前記製品が前記偽造防止マークを含むか否かを決定する

Claims (19)
- 三次元製品(200)を製造する方法(300)であって、
金属粉末(116)の選択部分を電磁放射線(106)でスキャンすることによって、付加製造プロセスによって前記金属粉末(116)から前記製品(200)を連続的に成形することと、
前記付加製造プロセス中に、前記製品(200)に偽造防止マーク(206)を形成することと
を含む方法(300)。 - 前記製品(200)の製品微細構造(204)を確立することと、
前記偽造防止マーク(206)の偽造防止マーク微細構造(214)を確立することと
を更に含み、
前記偽造防止マーク微細構造(214)は、前記製品微細構造(204)とは異なる、請求項1に記載の方法(300)。 - 前記製品微細構造(204)を確立することは、前記付加製造プロセスのプロセスパラメータ(112)を設定することを含み、前記偽造防止マーク微細構造(214)を確立することは、前記付加製造プロセスの前記プロセスパラメータ(112)を操作することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法(300)。
- 前記製品(200)を成形することは、
粉末層(104)を成形プラットフォーム(130)上に堆積させることと、
前記粉末層(104)の選択部分を前記電磁放射線(106)で融解させることと、

前記製品(200)の製品微細構造(204)を確立することと

前記次の粉末層(104)の最上位粉末層(104)の選択部分を融解させることと、
前記次の粉末層(104)の前記最上位粉末層(104)の前記選択部分を凝固させて、前記製品(200)に前記偽造防止マーク(206)を形成することと、
前記偽造防止マーク(206)の偽造防止マーク微細構造(214)を確立することと
を含み、
前記偽造防止マーク微細構造(214)は前記製品微細構造(204)とは異なる、請求項4に記載の方法(300)。 - 前記製品微細構造(204)を確立することは、前記付加製造プロセスのプロセスパラメータ(112)を設定することを含み、前記偽造防止マーク微細構造(214)を確立することは、前記付加製造プロセスの前記プロセスパラメータ(112)を操作することを含む、請求項5に記載の方法(300)。
