(α)ポリエチレン系樹脂 100質量部;
(β)木質系充填材 5〜50質量部;
(γ)無機充填材 10〜300質量部;及び
(δ)発泡剤;

上記成分(α)、上記成分(β)、及び上記成分(γ)の合計100質量部に対して、1〜10質量部である

カレンダーロール圧延製膜装置を使用し、
(1)上記成分(α)の融点を超える温度、かつ上記成分(δ)の分解温度未満の温度に設定されたカレンダーロールを使用し、上記発泡性樹脂組成物を圧延し、シートにする工程;
(2)上記工程(1)で得たシートを、上記成分(δ)の分解温度よりも25℃以上高い温度に設定されたカレンダーロールに巻き付かせる工程;
(3)上記工程(2)で処理したシートを、上記成分(δ)の分解温度以上、かつ分解温度よりも25℃高い温度未満の温度に設定されたカレンダーロールに巻き付かせる工程;
