Abstract
Description
ノズルチップ、及び、ノズルチップを取り囲み、中空の空間を形成する側壁を含む、中空の金属体を提供する段階と、
粉末の金属コーティング材料で中空の空間を充填する段階と、
チューブへと一列の複数の金属体を挿入する段階と、
チューブを閉じて、チューブの内部から空気を排出する段階と、
粉末のコーティング材料が、ノズルチップに固着される固体のコーティングを形成するよう、チューブに熱間等方圧(HIP)加圧を行う段階と、を備える、金属コーティングが設けられたノズルを製造する方法を説明する。
Claims (9)
- 複数の内燃エンジンの複数のインジェクタのためのノズルを製造する方法であって、
各々が円筒表面、前記円筒表面の第1の端部に平坦な基準面、及び、前記円筒表面の第2の端部から突出するノズルチップを有し、前記平坦な基準面に直交する縦軸を有する、複数のノズルブランクを機械加工により形成する段階と、
保護ディスクを前記平坦な基準面の上に乗るように適用する段階と、
第1の端部が閉じられた封じ込めチューブを提供する段階と、
順々に、前記複数のノズルブランクを前記封じ込めチューブへと挿入する段階と、
前記封じ込めチューブへ各ノズルブランクを挿入する前期段階の後に、前記ノズルチップと前記封じ込めチューブの内壁との間の空間を金属粉末で充填する段階と、
前記金属粉末を圧縮し、前記封じ込めチューブの第2の端部から空気を抜き取る段階と、
前記封じ込めチューブに熱間等方圧(HIP)加圧処理を行う段階と、
分離した複数の区分を形成すべく、複数の前記保護ディスクに位置合わせされた複数の切断面に沿って横方向に前記封じ込めチューブを連続的に切断する段階と、
前記ノズルチップ上に金属のコーティングを形成すべく、前記複数の区分を機械加工する段階と、を備える方法。 - 前記保護ディスクは非金属材料による、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記保護ディスクは、接着剤層により前記平坦な基準面に固定される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記保護ディスクはホウ素で作成される請求項2又は請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズルブランクの前記円筒表面は、前記封じ込めチューブの内側円筒表面と接する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属粉末は、隣接する複数のノズルブランクの間に複数の分離層を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮する段階は、プレス機及び前記封じ込めチューブへの複数の振動を加えることにより前記粉末を圧縮する段階を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記封じ込めチューブの前記第2の端部に、前記粉末のフィルタを提供する段階を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空気を抜き取る段階の後に、前記封じ込めチューブの前記第2の端部を密閉する段階を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
