Description

The present invention prevents the deterioration of the water-repellent or oil-repellent function of a film-like pouring nozzle subjected to water-repellent or oil-repellent treatment, and improves the pouring property and the liquid cutting property of a liquid package. Propose technology.

Two flat front and back laminated films, or one folded thin laminated film, are fused at the peripheral part except the base end part, and the center part is not fused. Patent Documents 1 and 2 are examples of the inside of a packaging bag that is provided with a film-like dispensing nozzle that defines a self-sealing check function.

The self-sealing check function of the film-like dispensing nozzle allows the outside air to flow back into the bag as the packaging bag body itself contracts or collapses when the liquid package filled in the bag is poured out. In addition, at the same time as the dispensing of the liquid packaged contents (contents) is stopped, the dispensing passage of the dispensing nozzle is in close contact with the front and back under the thin film of the liquid packaged object. The entry of outside air into the inside is reliably prevented, and the packaged item in the bag can be sufficiently protected from oxidation, fouling and the like.

And in the packaging bag of patent document 3, the liquid cutting | disconnection property at the time of the stop of pouring of a to-be-packaged object by the effect | action of the application layer of a water-repellent substance or an oil-repellent material to the outer surface of a film-form pouring nozzle. The self-sealing check function is further enhanced by the wetting treatment layer in the dispensing passage, and the entry of outside air into the packaging bag can be more effectively prevented.

特開2005−15029号公報JP 2005-15029 A 特開2004−59958号公報JP 2004-59958 A 特開2010−18323号公報JP 2010-18323 A

However, when the packaged object was repeatedly poured out through the conventional film-like dispensing nozzle, the liquid-like coating layer or the oil-repellent coating layer was provided on the outer surface of the film-like dispensing nozzle. It has been found that the cutting ability is lowered, particularly when the humidity is low.
The reason for this is that static electricity is generated in the film-like dispensing nozzle due to flow path friction or the like due to repeated dispensing of the packaging object, and once static electricity is generated, the packaging object such as water or soy sauce is positive, for example. It is thought that the charge is charged and the packaged object is adsorbed in the form of droplets on the lower end portion of the discharge passage opening by being pulled by the outer surface of the discharge nozzle having a negative charge, for example. .

Therefore, the present invention aims to solve such a problem of deterioration of the liquid cutting property of the film-like dispensing nozzle, and the self-sealing check function of the film-like dispensing nozzle is maintained as it is. In addition, by effectively preventing charging of the pouring nozzle, it is possible to provide a film-like pouring nozzle capable of exhibiting excellent liquidity over a long period of time and a fusion structure of the pouring nozzle to the packaging bag body There is.

The film-like pouring nozzle of the present invention is obtained by half-folding or superposing two pieces of the pouring nozzle film formed by directly or indirectly laminating the sealant layer with the base film layer interposed therebetween. A film-like dispensing nozzle having a self-sealing check function in which a peripheral portion is fused except a base end portion and a dispensing passage is defined in a central portion, The surface is subjected to water-repellent or oil-repellent treatment, and the pouring nozzle film is subjected to antistatic treatment.

Here, the antistatic treatment is performed by kneading a commonly used conductive material such as carbon, zinc oxide, tin oxide, or metal salt into a base film layer, a sealant layer, or an adhesive, or coating it in a sandwich shape. Alternatively, it is preferably applied by vapor deposition on a base film layer or a sealant layer.

And the fusion structure of the film-like pouring nozzle to the packaging bag main body is that the outer surface of the film-like pouring nozzle is fused to the inner surface of the packaging bag main body in a wide knurled or satin-like wide fusion. And the narrow bag-like fusing area, in other words, the narrow solid sealing area, the area closer to the package storage space of the packaging bag body.

In the film-like dispensing nozzle of the present invention, the self-seal check function of the dispensing nozzle can be maintained in the same manner as described in the prior art. Therefore, the water or oil repellency function of the outer surface of the pouring nozzle can be sufficiently ensured over a long period of time. For this reason, according to the present invention, it is possible to keep the liquid dispensing property of the film-like dispensing nozzle high, and to effectively remove fears such as unintentional sagging and adhesion of an article to be packaged in the bag.

By the way, according to the fusion structure of the film-like dispensing nozzle of the present invention, as compared with the conventional technique in which the dispensing nozzle is fused to the packaging bag body with a streaky fusion (solid seal) to the packaging bag body, The splicing elasticity of the pouring nozzle and the rigidity of the pouring nozzle itself are reduced, and the pouring of the article to be packaged is made smoother, and from the pouring passage of the pouring nozzle into the packaging bag body. The return of the package can be made smoother, and the liquid drainage can be greatly improved.

In the above description, more preferably, the film-like dispensing nozzle having a self-seal check function is generally used at an intermediate position in the extending direction of the dispensing passage, preferably at the proximal end of the dispensing nozzle. In this case, it is possible to provide a temporary sealing portion that has a fusion strength that is less than half of the fusion strength, and that does not affect the other fusion portions even if the fusion is intentionally peeled off. In addition, under the relation with the position of the temporary sealing portion, the pouring nozzle shall be able to sufficiently exhibit the self-seal check function.

It is a top view which shows embodiment of this invention. It is a cross-sectional view of the extraction nozzle which shows embodiment of this invention.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a film-like pouring nozzle, and this film-like pouring nozzle 1 exhibits the above-described self-seal check function to ensure the entry of outside air into the packaging bag body 2. It works to stop you.

Here, a flat thin-walled pouring nozzle film consisting of two laminated or half-folded laminated films is a uniaxial or biaxially stretched base film layer, and the base film layer is provided on both front and back surfaces. The base film layer is, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET) or a nylon resin film (NY) having a thickness of 8 to 30 μm due to a laminated structure with a sealant layer that can be interposed with an intermediate layer sandwiched from the side. , Ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film (EVOH), etc., and the sealant layer is 10-50 μm thick, unstretched polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA), metallocene catalyst polyethylene, ionomer, ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer It can be composed of a composite resin or the like.

By the way, when the thickness of the base film layer is less than 8 μm, various barrier properties may be insufficient. On the other hand, when the thickness is more than 30 μm, the bending strength of the nozzle film becomes too large, and the film thickness is increased. There is a possibility that the adhesiveness of the dispensing passage after the dispensing of the package is stopped, in other words, the self-seal check function is impaired.

Moreover, about the sealant layer, when it is less than 10 μm, there is a possibility that sufficient fusion strength cannot be secured, and when it exceeds 50 μm, the bending strength of the nozzle film may be excessively increased.

In addition, as long as the thickness of a nozzle film is compensated in total, the thickness of a base film layer and a sealant layer can be variously changed. In addition, it is possible to interpose an intermediate layer with the required physical properties, but the thinner the film is, the lower it is, and the higher the flatness, the better the self-sealing check function of the film-like dispensing nozzle. Can do.

The nozzle film as described above is fused as shown by hatching in FIG. 1 except for the base end portion, and the non-fused extraction passage 3 is defined in the center portion, The film-like dispensing nozzle 1 is used.

Since the leading end of the film-like pouring nozzle 1 is fused, when the pouring passage 3 is opened, the tip fused portion is used as a starting point for the V notch 4 and other parts, and tearing is removed along the tearing guide rod 5. Need to be excised.
In the illustrated film-like dispensing nozzle 1, the dispensing passage 3 of the film-like dispensing nozzle 1 is used when the base end portion of the dispensing nozzle is subjected to the head pressure of the article to be packaged when the article to be packaged is dispensed. In order to facilitate the opening, it is preferable to form a concavo-convex shape so that the edge of the nozzle film on the front surface side and the edge of the nozzle film on the back surface side have a phase difference. According to this, since a gap can be generated between the nozzle films on the front and back, the base end side of the film-like dispensing nozzle 1 can be easily opened by the water head pressure when the packaged item is poured out. The inflow of the liquid packaging material into the dispensing passage 3 becomes smooth, and the time lag during the dispensing of the packaging material can be more effectively suppressed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the film-like dispensing nozzle 1 that is fused to the upper seal portion 6 of the packaging bag body 2 and protrudes obliquely upward from the top of the packaging bag body 2 has at least the tear guide rod 5. Although the liquid repellency can be improved by applying water or oil repellency treatment according to the type of the packaged item in the bag on the outer surface in the vicinity, from the viewpoint of workability, the film-like dispensing nozzle 1 Except for the base end portion of the pouring nozzle 1 which becomes a fusion portion to the so-called vertical seal portion 6, it is preferable to perform a required water or oil repellency treatment on most of the outer surface region.

In FIG. 1, the hatched portion of the packaging bag body 2 indicates the side of the inner surface sealant layer of the packaging bag body 2 applied intermittently, for example, 0.5 to 5.0 mm wide. The part seal part 7 is shown.

As described above, the film-like dispensing nozzle 1 fused to the upper seal portion 6 has a fusion strength less than half that of a normal fused portion, as shown by dots in the figure. A temporary sealing portion 8 to be worn can also be provided.
In the temporary sealing portion 8, an article to be packaged (50 to 100 ° C.) that has been sterilized at high temperature enters the extraction passage 3 and causes the extraction passage 3 to undergo full deformation and the like, resulting in permanent deformation of the nozzle film. It functions to ensure that the self-sealing check function is fully demonstrated.

By the way, as a water repellent treatment to the outer surface of the film-like dispensing nozzle 1, a coating layer of a water repellent coating agent made of silicone oil, fluorine resin, acrylic resin or amide resin can be provided. As the treatment, an application layer of an oil repellent coating agent such as a silicone resin, a Teflon (registered trademark) resin, or a silicone-modified acrylic resin can be provided. In addition, urethane, acrylic, ester, nitrified cotton, amide, vinyl chloride, rubber, styrene, olefin, vinyl chloride, cellulose, phenol, and other resins are bound to these resins. It can also be added as.

And in this invention, in order to prevent the electrostatic charging to the film-like dispensing nozzle 1 fused to the packaging bag main body 2 as described above, and to prevent the deterioration of the liquid cutting property, the film-like shape is shown in FIG. As shown in the cross-sectional view of the dispensing nozzle 1, the base film layers 9, 9-1 on the front and back sides, the sealant layers 10, 11, 10-1, 11-1, or a non-illustrated adhesive such as a dry laminate are shown. Commonly used conductive materials such as carbon, zinc chloride, tin chloride and metal salts are kneaded into the agent, sandwiched between layers, or deposited on the base film layer or sealant layer. An antistatic treatment is applied by the method.
In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a water repellent or oil repellent treatment layer.

As described above, various fusions, fusion parts, fusion regions, seal parts, and the like can be performed by, for example, heat sealing, high-frequency sealing, impulse sealing, or the like.

Furthermore, in the place shown in FIG. 1, it is more preferable that the film-like pouring nozzle 1 is fused to the upper seal portion 6, for example, a knurled fusion region 13 shown by a mesh in the wide view, and the upper seal portion. 6 is performed with the narrow streaky fusion region located closest to the storage space side of the packaged object, in other words, the narrow solid seal region 14.
According to this, the rigidity of the film-like pouring nozzle 1 and by extension, the nozzle film itself, in other words, the stiffness can be effectively reduced as compared with the conventional technique in which fusion is performed only by the solid seal region. Therefore, the pouring property of the packaged item and the return flow of the packaged item in the pouring passage after the dispensing into the packaging bag body 2 are sufficiently smooth. In addition, the liquid running out property is enhanced, so that it is possible to appropriately dispense the packaged object to the required position. In addition, it is possible to more effectively remove the fear of unexpected dripping or adhesion of the package.
This also ensures the self-seal check function of the film-like dispensing nozzle.

As described above, the present invention has been described based on the drawings. However, various types of fusion, fusion part, fusion region and seal part, temporary sealing part, and the like can be fusion-bonded by heat sealing.
