- 外側回転部(14)と、

前記内側回転部(13)および前記外側回転部(14)を互いに結合するためのいくつかの結合機構(18)と、
前記内側回転部(13)および前記外側回転部(14)を互いに対して偏心調整するための調整デバイスとを有し、
