Claims (11)
- 気体燃料が燃焼する際のエンジンを運転するための方法であって、
前記気体燃料を燃焼させるために、閉ループ制御された過給圧で供給される過給空気と、閉ループ制御されたガス圧で供給されるガスとから、ガス/空気混合気が形成され、前記ガス/空気混合気は、燃焼のために前記エンジンのシリンダに供給され、
過給圧閉ループ制御の過給圧目標値(28)と、前記過給圧と前記ガス圧との間の圧力差目標値(35)とに従属して、ガス圧閉ループ制御のためのガス圧目標値(30)が決定される方法において、
前記ガス圧目標値(30)は、さらに、前記過給圧閉ループ制御の過給圧現在値(29)に従属して決定され、すなわち、前記過給圧現在値(29)及び過給圧目標値(30)に従属して前記ガス圧目標値(30)のための予備制御成分(36)及び閉ループ制御成分(37)が決定され、その際、前記予備制御成分(36)及び前記閉ループ制御成分(37)は、前記ガス圧目標値(30)を決定するために、前記圧力差目標値(35)で補正されること、を特徴とする方法。 - 前記予備制御成分(36)が、前記過給圧現在値(29)の時間的導出に従属して、予備制御傾斜路(44)の勾配が決定され、かつ、前記過給圧目標値(28)に従属して、前記予備制御傾斜路(44)の終点が決定されるように決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閉ループ制御成分(37)が、前記過給圧現在値(29)が、第1の閉ループ制御回路の第1の制御装置(47)に関する入力変数を決定するために、前記予備制御成分(36)及び前記閉ループ制御成分(37)で補正されるように決定され、その際、前記第1の制御装置(47)の出力変数は、前記閉ループ制御成分(37)に対応することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の制御装置(47)が、PI制御装置であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス圧目標値(30)が、第2の閉ループ制御回路の第2の制御装置(57)に関する入力変数を決定するために、前記ガス圧現在値(31)で補正され、前記第2の制御装置(57)の出力変数(58)が、前記ガス圧閉ループ制御のガス圧制御パス(33)に関する制御変数(32)を決定するために、前記ガス圧目標値(30)で補正されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の制御装置(57)が、I制御装置であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力差目標値(35)が、前記ガスの質に従属して決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 気体燃料の燃焼の際に、エンジンを運転するための閉ループ制御系であって、過給圧閉ループ制御及びガス圧閉ループ制御を有する閉ループ制御系において、
ガス圧目標値の生成は、過給圧現在値(29)及び過給圧目標値(28)に従属して、ガス圧目標値(30)のための予備制御成分(36)及び閉ループ制御成分(37)を決定し、前記ガス圧目標値の生成は、前記予備制御成分(36)及び前記閉ループ制御成分(37)を、前記ガス圧目標値(30)を決定するために、圧力差目標値(35)で補正することを特徴とする閉ループ制御系。 - 前記ガス圧目標値の生成の前記予備制御成分(36)が、前記過給圧現在値(29)の時間的導出に従属して、予備制御傾斜路(44)の勾配を決定し、かつ、前記過給圧目標値(28)に従属して、前記予備制御傾斜路(44)の終点を決定すること、及び、
前記ガス圧目標値の生成の前記閉ループ制御成分(37)は、前記過給圧現在値(29)を、第1の閉ループ制御回路の第1の、好ましくはPI制御装置として構成された制御装置(47)に関する入力変数を決定するために、前記予備制御成分(36)及び前記閉ループ制御成分(37)で補正し、その際、前記第1の制御装置(47)の前記出力変数は、前記閉ループ制御成分(37)に対応することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の閉ループ制御系。 - 前記ガス圧閉ループ制御が、前記ガス圧目標値(30)を、第2の閉ループ制御回路の第2の、好ましくはI制御装置として構成された制御装置(57)に関する入力変数を決定するために、ガス圧現在値(31)で補正し、その際、前記ガス圧閉ループ制御が、前記第2の制御装置(57)の出力変数(58)を、前記ガス圧閉ループ制御のガス圧制御パス(33)に関する制御変数(32)を決定するために、前記ガス圧目標値(30)で補正することを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の閉ループ制御系。
- 前記圧力差目標値(35)を、ガスの質に従属して決定することを特徴とする、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の閉ループ制御系。
