Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sludge dewatering / solidifying device that removes sludge such as machining waste from a liquid such as a coolant supplied to a machine tool and deliquidizes and solidifies the sludge.
In general, a machine tool such as a honing machine or a grinding machine processes a workpiece (workpiece) disposed in a processing section while supplying coolant such as grinding fluid or cutting fluid. And the workpiece | work waste generated in the case of a process is collect | recovered with a coolant. The collected used coolant is filtered by a filter device to remove processing waste and reused.
Patent Document 1 listed below discloses an apparatus that drains and solidifies sludge of processing waste removed by a filter device. This liquid removal / solidification device includes a pressurized container having an open bottom surface and an open / close lid that closes the bottom surface of the pressurized container. The opening / closing lid is provided with a filter body capable of passing coolant and depositing sludge. Then, the sludge is introduced into the pressurized container together with the coolant from the upper side, and the sludge is removed and solidified by introducing the compressed air into the pressurized container in a state where the sludge is received by the filter body. When the solidified sludge accumulates to some extent, the opening / closing lid is opened, and the solidified sludge is taken out from the pressurized container.
Since the conventional dewatering / solidifying device sends compressed air into the pressurized container and compresses sludge while compressing the sludge, it solidifies while the sludge strongly adheres to the inner peripheral surface of the pressurized container. Even if the opening / closing lid is opened, it may not be taken out from the pressurized container. When such a phenomenon occurs, the apparatus must be stopped and the sludge must be taken out manually, which requires extra effort and time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a sludge dewatering / solidifying apparatus that can reliably remove solidified sludge from a processing container such as a pressurized container.
(1) The sludge dewatering / solidifying device according to the present invention is:
A treatment container having a discharge port at the lower end and into which a liquid containing sludge is introduced;
A lid for passing the liquid introduced into the processing vessel and depositing the sludge; and a lid for closing the discharge port;
An opening and closing drive unit for moving the lid to open and close the discharge port;
A liquid removal / solidification means for draining and solidifying sludge on the filter body;
And an extruding means for extruding the sludge solidified in the processing container from the discharge port.
According to the present invention, even if sludge solidified in the processing container adheres to the inner surface of the processing container, the sludge can be pushed out by the pushing means and reliably discharged from the discharge port.
In the present specification, “sludge” refers to a sludge in which grinding dust generated in a machine tool, machining waste such as cutting waste, etc. contain liquid and become muddy. “Solidified sludge (also referred to as“ solidified sludge ”)” refers to a solidified product obtained by removing liquid from the sludge. The liquid containing sludge refers to a liquid in which sludge (processing waste) is mixed in the liquid for the purpose of causing the sludge to flow.
(2) It is preferable that at least the lower side of the inner surface of the processing container is expanded downward.
With such a configuration, if the solidified sludge moves downward as much as possible, it is separated from the inner surface of the processing container, so that the sludge can be more reliably discharged from the processing container.
(3) The extruding means moves the extruding member up and down between an extruding member that extrudes the solidified sludge, and a raised position that is located above the sludge and a lowered position that pushes the sludge downward. It is preferable to include an extrusion driving unit that is moved.
According to this configuration, the sludge can be pushed out and discharged from the discharge port of the processing container by moving the push member downward from the top of the sludge by the push driving unit.
(4) The push driving unit may move the push member downward in conjunction with an operation of opening the lid.
With such a configuration, the sludge can be pushed out by the pushing member in accordance with the timing of opening the lid.
(5) The opening / closing drive unit is configured to close the discharge port by raising the lid and to open the discharge port by lowering, and to move the push member up and down. You may also serve.
Since the opening / closing drive unit also serves as the push drive unit, the apparatus can be reduced in size and cost, and the operation of opening the lid and the operation of moving the push member downward can be reliably linked.
(6) The push-out member is made of a perforated plate in which a large number of through-holes penetrating in the vertical direction are formed. You may let a hole pass.
With such a configuration, sludge can be uniformly deposited on the filter body of the lid. Further, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with a case where a member for diffusing liquid containing sludge is provided separately from the extrusion member.
(7) It is preferable that the opening / closing drive unit is disposed above the processing container.
When the opening / closing drive unit is disposed below the processing container, means for preventing the liquid discharged from the processing container from being applied to the opening / closing drive unit is required. However, the opening / closing drive unit is disposed above the processing container. By doing so, such a means becomes unnecessary.
(8) The liquid removal / solidification apparatus includes an introduction pipe for introducing a liquid containing sludge from an upper part of the processing container, and the introduction pipe is disposed within a planar range of the opening / closing drive unit. Is preferred.
With such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the size of the liquid removal / solidification device.
(9) It is preferable that the opening / closing drive unit is configured by a cylindrical cylinder device having a vertical axis, and the introduction pipe is disposed in a central cylinder of the cylinder device.
With such a configuration, the introduction pipe can be suitably arranged within the plane range of the opening / closing drive unit. Further, the introduction pipe can be arranged in the vertical direction in the central cylinder of the cylinder device, and the flow resistance when introducing the liquid containing sludge into the processing container is reduced, and the liquid is introduced smoothly. Can do.
(10) It is preferable that the introduction pipe is detachably attached to a central cylinder of the cylinder device.
With such a configuration, the introduction pipe can be easily maintained and replaced.
(11) It is preferable that an opening / closing valve for opening and closing the introduction pipe is disposed in the central cylinder of the cylinder device.
Even with such a configuration, the liquid removal / solidification device can be downsized.
(12) The liquid removal / solidification apparatus preferably includes a filter device for removing sludge from the liquid above the processing container, and a liquid containing sludge is introduced into the processing container from the filter device.
With such a configuration, it is possible to smoothly introduce a liquid containing sludge downward from the filter device to the processing container.
According to the present invention, the solidified sludge in the processing container can be reliably taken out by the extrusion means.

The

A

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the discharging

Specifically, the extruding means 15 includes an extruding
The
The
By providing the extrusion means 15 as described above, the sludge S solidified on the
Since the pushing

Further, by forming a gap between the

The
The
In addition, by arranging the
Further, since the introduction pipe 17 (introduction pipe unit 40) can be attached to and detached from the
