Claims (9)
- 生体の頭部に磁気刺激を与えるコイルと、
前記コイルによる磁気刺激の強度を制御する強度制御部と、
前記生体から生体信号を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部が取得した生体信号から前記生体の有害事象を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部により前記生体の有害事象が検出されたときには、前記強度制御部による前記磁気刺激の強度を抑制する強度抑制部と、
を有することを特徴とする磁気刺激装置。 - 前記取得部は、
前記生体の心電信号を取得する心電信号取得電極を有し、
前記検出部は、
前記心電信号取得電極が取得した心電信号を用いて心電図データを生成する心電図生成部と、
前記心電図生成部が生成した心電図データを用いててんかん発作を予測するてんかん予測部と、有し、
前記強度抑制部は、
前記てんかん予測部がてんかん発作を予測したときに、前記強度制御部による前記磁気刺激の強度を低下させるため、または、前記強度制御部による前記磁気刺激を停止させるため、前記強度制御部に磁気刺激強度抑制指令を出力する低下/停止指令出力部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気刺激装置。 - 前記てんかん予測部は、
前記心電図生成部が生成した心電図データを記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶されている心電図データを用いて、連続する心拍の心拍間隔を検出する心拍間隔検出部と、
前記心拍間隔検出部が検出した連続する心拍において、任意の時点の心拍間隔を横軸座標、次の心拍間隔を縦軸座標として二次元直交グラフに順次プロットしてポアンカレプロットを作成するグラフ作成部と、
前記グラフ作成部が作成したポアンカレプロットのグラフにおいて、原点と、横座標と縦座標とが等しい点とを通過する直線に対する、プロットされた点群の垂直方向の分布の変化と、平行方向の分布の変化を用いてんかん発作を予測する発作検出部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁気刺激装置。 - 前記発作検出部は、
前記垂直方向の分布の標準偏差SD1に対する前記平行方向の分布の標準偏差SD2の比SD1/SD2の変化により、前記てんかん発作を予測することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の磁気刺激装置。 - 前記発作検出部は、
前記垂直方向の分布の標準偏差SD1に対する前記平行方向の分布の標準偏差SD2の比SD1/SD2があらかじめ設定した閾値以下になったときに、前記てんかん発作を予測することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の磁気刺激装置。 - 前記取得部は、
前記生体の心電信号を取得する心電信号取得電極を有し、
前記検出部は、
前記心電信号取得電極が取得した心電信号を用いて心電図データを生成する心電図生成部を有し、前記心電図生成部が生成した心電図データを用いて不整脈を検出し、
前記強度抑制部は、
前記検出部が不整脈を検出したときに、前記強度制御部による前記磁気刺激の強度を低下させるため、または、前記強度制御部による前記磁気刺激を停止させるため、前記強度制御部に磁気刺激強度抑制指令を出力する低下/停止指令出力部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気刺激装置。 - 前記取得部は、
前記生体の血液の赤色光と赤外光との透過度を取得するプローブを有し、
前記検出部は、
前記プローブが取得した透過度を用いて動脈血酸素飽和度(SpO2)を測定するSpO2測定部を有し、
前記強度抑制部は、
前記SpO2測定部が測定したSpO2があらかじめ設定した閾値以下になったときに、前記強度制御部による前記磁気刺激を停止させるため、前記強度制御部に磁気刺激強度抑制指令として停止指令を出力する停止指令出力部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気刺激装置。 - 前記取得部は、さらに、
前記生体の筋電信号を取得する筋電信号取得電極を有し、
前記検出部は、さらに、
前記筋電信号取得電極が取得した筋電信号を用いて筋電図データを生成する筋電図生成部を有することを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれかに記載の磁気刺激装置。 - さらに、前記検出部により、生成された心電図データ、測定されたSpO2、生成された筋電図データのうちの少なくとも1つを表示部に表示させる表示制御部を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の磁気刺激装置。
