Abstract
Description
本発明は、ヒトに刺激を与えるための装置を提供する。
当該装置は、前記ヒトに印加される刺激信号を発生させる、少なくとも1つの刺激信号発生部と、前記刺激信号に反応して前記ヒトから送られてきた生理学的信号を検出するための、少なくとも1つの検出部と、検出された前記生理学的信号によって前記ヒトの重篤状態を認識すると、安全スイッチを制御して、前記ヒトへの前記刺激信号の印加を自動的に停止させる、監視部と、を備えている。
Claims (15)
- ヒト(2)を刺激するための装置(1)であって、
(a)前記ヒト(2)に印加される刺激信号を発生させる、少なくとも1つの刺激信号発生部(3)と、
(b)前記刺激信号に反応して前記ヒト(2)から送られてきた少なくとも1つの生理学的信号を検出するための、少なくとも1つの検出部(7)と、
(c)検出された前記生理学的信号によって前記ヒト(2)の重篤状態を認識すると、安全スイッチ(5)を制御して、前記ヒト(2)への前記刺激信号の印加を自動的に停止させる、監視部(6)と、
を備えていることを特徴とするヒトを刺激するための装置。 - 前記刺激信号発生部(3)が、電気刺激信号を発生させ、それを、安全スイッチ(5)を介して、ヒト(2)の皮膚に取り付け可能な1又は複数の電極(15)に提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記刺激信号発生部(3)が、視覚刺激信号を発生させ、それを、ビデオモニタまたは電気的な視覚刺激装置によって、ヒト(2)に印加する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記監視部(6)が、前記ヒト(2)の重篤状態を認識すると、検出された前記ヒト(2)の前記生理学的信号を直ぐに処理し、直ちに安全スイッチ(5)を起動させる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記監視部(6)が、検出された前記ヒト(2)の生理学的信号を、時間領域及び周波数領域のいずれか一方または両方において評価する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記監視部(6)が、選択可能な周波数帯において、スライディング時間窓毎に、検出された前記生理学的信号の出力密度を測定する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記安全スイッチ(5)が、測定された前記出力密度が調整可能な閾値を超えている場合に、監視部(6)によって起動される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記監視部(6)が、検出されたヒト(2)の前記生理学的信号についての、パターンに基づく評価および統計的な評価のうち、いずれか一方または両方を行なう、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記検出部(7)が、バイオフィードバック信号検出部を備えている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記バイオフィードバック信号検出部(7)が、EEG信号検出部である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記バイオフィードバック信号検出部(7)が、ヒトの、血圧、表皮抵抗、又は心電信号の検出に適用される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記監視部(6)が、少なくとも1つの変更可能な基準が満たされている場合に、前記ヒト(2)の重篤状態を認識する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記監視部(6)は、少なくとも1つの選択可能な周波数帯で、検出された前記生理学的信号の処理を行なう、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記周波数帯が、20〜40Hzの範囲の周波数を持ったベータ周波数帯である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- ヒトに安全に刺激を与えるための方法であって、前記ヒト(2)への刺激信号の印加は、前記ヒト(2)の検出された前記生理学的信号に反応して前記ヒト(2)の重篤状態が認識されると、自動的に停止される、ことを特徴とする方法。
