・刺激信号、特に、交流の刺激信号を発生させるための信号発生器、
・その刺激信号を特に視神経上の領域または視神経のすぐ近くの領域に適用するための適用デバイス、
・測定信号、特にEEG信号を導出するための導出ライン、
・その測定信号に基づいてバイオマーカーを計算するためのバイオマーカー計算ユニット、
・最適化基準を更新するため、すなわち、刺激信号の変更によってバイオマーカーの値を最適化するための、最適化ユニット。
・測定信号、特にEEG信号を導出する工程、
・刺激信号、特に、交流の刺激信号を発生させる工程であって、ここで、好ましくは、発生した刺激信号は、人工ノイズも含む、工程、
・電極を用いて、その刺激信号、すなわち、電気刺激および/または磁気刺激を、特に視神経上の領域または視神経のすぐ近くの領域に適用する工程、ならびに
・その測定信号から測定されたバイオマーカーおよび/または患者の意識的なフィードバック(conscious feedback)に応じて、特に、測定信号の周波数、振幅、位相および/または位置情報の項目を考慮して、刺激信号を変更する工程。
Claims (3)
- 非侵襲的な電気的および/または磁気的な神経刺激のためのシステムであって、該システムは、
・人工ノイズを含む、交流の刺激信号を発生させるための信号発生器、
・該刺激信号を視神経上の領域または視神経のすぐ近くの領域に適用するための適用デバイス、
・測定信号を導出するための導出ライン、
・該測定信号に基づいてバイオマーカーを計算するためのバイオマーカー計算ユニット、
・該刺激信号の変更によって該バイオマーカーの値を最適化するためのユニットを含み、
前記バイオマーカーの関数従属性が、トレーニングデータからの機械学習によって決定されることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記刺激信号が、プログラム可能な関数発生器によって発生されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激信号が、人工ノイズ、交流信号、および直流信号を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
