Description

The present invention relates to the inner side and upper inner surface of a frontage opening a wall for attaching a door, the inner side and upper inner side of a frontage opening a wall for attaching a sliding door, and the frontage opening a wall without attaching a door or a sliding door. The present invention relates to a mouthpiece cover device attached to a side surface and an upper inner surface.

A part of the side wall of the room is opened to provide an entrance / exit (frontage), and a door or a sliding door is generally attached to the frontage. In this case, when a door is attached to the frontage, a door frame is fitted, and when a sliding door is attached to the frontage, a sliding door frame is fitted.
FIG. 25 is a front view showing a conventional sliding door frame (A). The sliding door frame (I) has a gate shape having an upper frame (B) and both vertical frames (C) and (C). . 26 shows an enlarged sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 25, and FIG. 27 shows an enlarged sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG.

The wall (e) is composed of panels (d) and (d) arranged in parallel with a predetermined interval. A part of the wall (e) is opened to provide a front door, and a sliding door frame ( A) is fitted, and the periphery of the front edge of the wall (e) formed by the panels (d) and (d) is covered with a sliding door frame (b). In other words, vertical frames (c) and (c) are attached to the front end of the frontage, and an upper frame (b) is attached to the upper end of the opening.
The sliding door frame (a) is equipped with two sliding doors (f) and (f) that form a pair.

By the way, the upper frame (b) and the vertical frames (c), (c) constituting the sliding door frame (b) are made of wood, and therefore the thickness M of the vertical frame (c) is large. Similarly, the thickness H of the upper frame (b) is also increased. That is, the thickness of the gate-shaped sliding door frame (A) is necessary, and the thickness M is set so that the vertical frame (C) is not damaged by an impact when the sliding door (F) is closed. The upper frame (b) is provided with guide grooves (g) and (g), and the upper ends of the sliding doors (f) and (f) are loosely fitted. Therefore, the thickness H of the upper frame (b) is also large.

By fitting the wooden sliding door frame (A) having a large thickness into the front opening having the wall opened in this manner, the front opening size becomes small. For example, the frontage width of the wall is reduced by about 50 mm to 60 mm by fitting a wooden sliding door frame (A) into the frontage.
The above FIG. 25 is the case of the sliding door frame (ii) with two sliding doors (f) and (f), but the same is true when the door is mounted, and the door is attached to the gate-shaped wooden door frame, For that purpose, the width of the front opening that opens a part of the wall is narrowed by fitting the door frame.

On the other hand, there is a case where a frontage is formed in a part of the wall, and a sliding door or a door may not be attached to the frontage. Is fitted.
The conventional wooden sliding door frame and door frame have not only the size and size of the frame material, but also have a problem that they are easily scratched against impacts acting from the outside because they are wooden.

As described above, the conventional wooden door frame and the sliding door frame which are attached by being fitted into the front opening in which a part of the wall is cut and opened have the above-described problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is these problems, and provides a resin-made wood cover device capable of making a wide opening as much as possible without reducing the width of the front opening formed on the wall.

The end cover device according to the present invention is made of resin and is configured by combining a plurality of cover materials. Here, the structure of the wall is not particularly limited, and the structure shown in FIG. 26 in which both panels are arranged in parallel is merely a specific example.
The wood cover device of the present invention is attached to the inner and upper inner surfaces of a frontage cut out from a part of a wall, and corresponds to a conventional sliding door frame, door frame, or unfinished frame, but is equipped with a sliding door. In some cases, the form of the end cover device is slightly different depending on whether the door is attached or the sliding door and the door are not attached.

By the way, the end cover device has two corner cover members that make a pair, and the corner cover material is a long material having an L-shaped cross section having a surface portion and an inner surface portion. The surface portion can cover the wall surface, and the inner surface portion can cover the inner surface end of the frontage. The peripheral inner surface of the frontage is covered by attaching both corner cover members in pairs.
When a door is attached to the frontage, a door stop member is attached between the corner cover members.

The mouth cover device according to the present invention is made of resin, and can be attached around a front opening in which a part of a wall is cut out and opened by a plurality of cover materials. And since it is a product made from resin, intensity | strength is high compared with the conventional wooden frame, and the thickness of each cover material can be made thin. Therefore, the width of the frontage is not narrowed compared to the case where a wooden frame is fitted to the frontage.
Moreover, each cover material of the resin-made end cover device has a high hardness, so that the surface is not depressed or scratched against an external impact. Further, it is possible to easily attach a cushioning material for relaxing an impact when the sliding door is closed and a door contact portion of the door to the end cover device.

The base 11 of the cushion material 10 is fitted into the recess 7, and the engagement pieces 13, 13 formed on both ends of the base are engaged with the engagement grooves 8, 8. Then, screws are screwed from the base 11 and fixed to the base material together with the corner cover material 2 by screws.

FIG. 7 shows a door butt member 14 which is attached to the inner surface 6 of the corner cover material 2 instead of the cushion material 10 and is attached at a position on the door butt side when the sliding door is closed. That is, the cushion material 10 is attached to the door end side, and the door bottom member 14 is attached to the opposite door bottom side. The door butt member 14 has both legs 15 and 15 so that it can be attached to a recess 7 formed in the inner surface part 6 of the corner cover material 2, and small engagement pieces 13 and 13 are provided at the tips of the legs 15 and 15. Forming. Accordingly, the legs 15 and 15 are fitted in the recess 7, and the engagement pieces 13 and 13 are attached to the engagement grooves 8 and 8.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the upper cover material 3. The upper cover material 3 has an inner surface portion 16 and a surface portion 17 that are in contact with the upper and inner surfaces of the front opening 1 cut out from a part of the wall. Further, a contact piece 18 is provided which extends to the bottom and protrudes smaller than the inner surface portion 16. A guide portion 19 protrudes downward from a substantially central portion of the inner surface portion 16. As shown in FIG. 3, the guide portion 19 fits into a guide groove 20 formed at the upper end of the sliding door and functions as a guide member when the sliding door 4 slides.
By the way, the upper cover member 3.3 is attached to the upper inner surface of the frontage 1 by screws as shown in FIG.

And in order to relieve | shock the impact when the sliding door 4 slides and contact | abuts, the cushion materials 10 and 10 shown in FIG. 7 are attached to the corner cover members 2 and 2 where the sliding door 4 does not hit.

FIG. 11 is a front view of the door device, and an opening door can be attached to the front opening 22 cut out from a part of the wall. FIG. 12 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the door device in a state where the door is not mounted, and FIG. 13 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of the door device. FIG. 14 is an enlarged view showing a butt cover attached to the inner side of the mouth while being attached to the door device shown in FIG. 12, FIG. 14 (a) shows a case where the wall is thick, and FIG. 14 (b) shows a wall. This is the case when the thickness is small.

FIG. 15 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the corner cover member 23 that constitutes the above-described lip cover, and has an inner surface portion 24 and a surface portion 25 and is perpendicular to each other. That is, it is a long material having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and two claws 26, 26 forming a pair extend outwardly on the surface portion 25. FIG. 16 is also an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the corner cover material 27, which is a long material having an L-shaped cross section having an inner surface portion 28 and a surface portion 29 that are perpendicular to each other, and forms a pair with the surface portion 29. By the way, the corner cover member 23 and the corner cover member 27 are attached to the inner surface of the frontage 22 in a pair, and the surface portions 25 and 29 are attached in contact with the panel surface constituting the wall. Here, when the distance between both panel surfaces corresponding to the wall thickness is large, a gap 30 is provided between the inner surface portion 24 and the inner surface portion 28 as shown in FIG. When the distance between the two panel surfaces is small, there is almost no gap 30 between the inner surface portion 24 and the inner surface portion 28 as shown in FIG. In this way, by arranging the corner cover members 23 and 27 in pairs, it is possible to cope with changes in the wall thickness.

FIG. 17 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the front cover member 31, which is attached to the surface portions 25 and 29 of the corner cover members 23 and 27. Therefore, the front cover member 31 is provided with locking pieces 32, 32 extending in pairs, and the locking pieces 32, 32 are locked to the claws 26, 26 provided on the surface portions 25, 29. Mounted. FIG. 14 shows a case where front cover members 31 and 31 are attached to the surface portions 25 and 29.

FIG. 18 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the inner cover member 33, and FIG. 19 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the door stop member 34. The door stop member 34 is provided with a buffer portion 35 made of rubber or the like, and two claws 36 are extended. As shown in FIG. 14, the door stop member 34 is disposed in contact with the inner surface 24 of the corner cover member 23, and the door stop member 34 is screwed onto the base material provided along the frontage 22 together with the corner cover member 23.
