Abstract

An object is to obtain a refrigerator (100) in which a rigidity of a door (1) does not decrease even when a thickness of a heat-insulating material in the door (1) is reduced. The refrigerator (100) includes a box body (9) having an opening at a front side, and the door (1) that opens and closes the opening at the front side of the box body (9). The door (1) includes a glass surface member (17), an inner plate (2) disposed to face the glass surface member (17), the heat-insulating material (5) disposed between the glass surface member (17) and the inner plate (2), a magnetic gasket (8) attached along an outer edge of the inner plate (2) on a side of the opening, an inner-plate projection (3a) provided on an inner side of the magnetic gasket (8) and projecting toward the opening from a left portion of the inner plate (2), and an inner-plate projection (3b) provided on the inner side of the magnetic gasket (8) and projecting toward the opening from a right portion of the inner plate (2). In the inner-plate projection (3a) and the inner-plate projection (3b), reinforcing members (4) are provided to extend in a height direction.
