Abstract

Claims (8)
- 採掘車両のエネルギー供給を制御する方法であって、前記採掘車両が
少なくとも1つの採掘作業装置、
前記少なくとも1つの採掘作業装置に給電するための少なくとも1つのAC電気モータ、
補助エネルギー源、
前記補助エネルギー源を充電するためのパワーエレクトロニクス装置、及び
給電網から前記採掘車両へ給電するための給電ケーブルに接続可能な接続装置
を備え、
前記方法が
前記給電ケーブルの電流の最大値を決定することであって、
前記給電ケーブルの前記電流は、前記少なくとも1つの電気モータの実効電流と、前記少なくとも1つの電気モータの無効電流と、前記補助エネルギー源の充電に用いられる前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置の実効充電電流とを含み得る、決定すること、
無効電流の供給及び前記補助エネルギー源の充電もしくは放電に前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を使用すること、
前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置の電流の最大値を決定することであって、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置の前記電流は、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置によって供給される前記無効電流と、前記補助エネルギー源を充電もしくは放電させるための前記実効充電電流とを含み得、

前記給電網からの前記実効電流の量と、前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置によって供給される前記無効電流の量と、前記補助エネルギー源を充電もしくは放電させるための前記実効充電電流の量とを制御するように設定された制御ユニットであって、前記給電ケーブルの前記電流の最大値及び前記パワーエレクトロニクスの前記電流の最大値が超過されないように制御され、これにより、前記制御ユニットは充電の必要性を決定し、充電の必要がある場合、必要とされる充電電流が前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置の前記電流の最大値のオーバーシュートを引き起こすかどうかを決定し、引き起こすであろう場合、前記無効電流の補償を低減することが可能かどうかを決定し、可能である場合、前記無効電流の補償を低減し、その後充電を行うように前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を制御するように設定された、制御ユニット
を備える、採掘車両。 - 前記制御ユニットが、充電の必要性を決定し、充電の必要がない場合、可能な限り多くの及び/又は必要とされる量の無効電流を供給するよう前記パワーエレクトロニクス装置を制御するように設定されている、請求項6に記載の採掘車両。
- 前記採掘車両が前記電気モータの温度を測定するための温度計を備え、前記制御ユニットは、前記電気モータの前記測定された温度に基づいて、前記無効電流の補償を低減する前記可能性を決定するように設定されている、請求項6又は7に記載の採掘車両。
