Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- ボリュームデータと複数の解剖学的構造を含む参照データとの間において、前記参照データに含まれる第1の解剖学的構造に対応する少なくとも一部と前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部とを位置合わせする第1の位置合わせと、前記第1の位置合わせの後に、前記参照データに含まれる第2の解剖学的構造に対応する少なくとも一部と前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部とを位置合わせする少なくとも一つの第2の位置合わせと、を含む位置合わせ処理を実行する位置合わせユニットと、
前記位置合わせ処理の結果に基づいて、前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部をセグメンテーションするセグメンテーションユニットと、
を具備することを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第2の位置合わせは、一連の連続した位置合わせを行うものであり、前記一連の連続した位置合わせのそれぞれは、一つ前の位置合わせの結果を調整するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記一連の連続した位置合わせのそれぞれは、前記参照データに含まれる複数のサブセットのいずれかに対して実行されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第2の位置合わせは、複数の個別の位置合わせを行うものであり、前記複数の個別の位置合わせのそれぞれは、前記第2の解剖学的構造に基づく位置合わせであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記セグメンテーションユニットは、前記複数の個別の位置合わせのそれぞれの結果に基づいて、前記ボリュームデータの前記第2の解剖学的構造を少なくとも一部をセグメンテーションすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記位置合わせユニットは、前記第1の位置合わせ及び前記第2の位置合わせの結果に基づいて、前記参照データと、前記ボリュームデータの前記第1の解剖学的構造及び前記第2の解剖学的構造のうちの少なくとも一方とをさらに位置合わせすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1又は第2の解剖学的構造は関節の骨を備え、
前記第2の位置合わせは、前記関節の骨の分類が大から小に分類されるように、一連の連続した位置合わせを行うものであること、
を特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第1又は第2の解剖学的構造は手の複数の骨を備え、
前記第1の位置合わせは、橈骨および/または尺骨に関する位置合わせであり、
前記第2の位置合わせは、中手骨および手根骨の位置合わせを繰り返し調整する位置合わせであること、
を特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記ボリュームデータは、関節の異なる位置に各々対応する複数のサブデータセットを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の装置。
- 前記セグメンテーションされた前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部を用いて、
分解図、解体図、標準解剖図、中間位相図、前記第1及び前記第2の解剖学的構造のうちの少なくとも一方について所定のラベル付けされた表現を備える画像、前記第1及び前記第2の解剖学的構造のうちの少なくとも一方が省略されている画像、のうちの少なくとも一つを生成する画像生成ユニットをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。 - ボリュームデータと複数の解剖学的構造を含む参照データとの間において、前記参照データに含まれる第1の解剖学的構造に対応する少なくとも一部と前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部とを位置合わせする第1の位置合わせを実行し、
前記第1の位置合わせの後に、前記参照データに含まれる第2の解剖学的構造に対応する少なくとも一部と前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部とを位置合わせする少なくとも一つの第2の位置合わせを実行し、
前記位置合わせ処理の結果に基づいて、前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部をセグメンテーションすること、
を具備することを特徴とする医用画像処理方法。 - コンピュータに、
ボリュームデータと複数の解剖学的構造を含む参照データとの間において、前記参照データに含まれる第1の解剖学的構造に対応する少なくとも一部と前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部とを位置合わせする第1の位置合わせを実行させる機能と、
前記第1の位置合わせの後に、前記参照データに含まれる第2の解剖学的構造に対応する少なくとも一部と前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部とを位置合わせする少なくとも一つの第2の位置合わせを実行させる機能と、
前記位置合わせ処理の結果に基づいて、前記ボリュームデータの少なくとも一部をセグメンテーションさせる機能、
を実現させることを特徴とする医用画像処理プログラム。
