Description

本発明は、内側に円筒状のヨークによって保持される複数のコイルが設けられた本体部と、前記ヨーク内を軸方向に移動可能なロッドと、前記ロッドに軸方向に並んで保持され、前記複数のコイルと対向するように配設された複数の永久磁石と、前記本体部と前記ヨークとの相対回転を防止する回り止め部材と、を備え、前記ヨークの外周面には、前記回り止め部材が挿入される溝が軸線方向に設けられ、前記溝には、前記複数のコイルに接続される配線が収容されることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)

  1. リニアアクチュエータにおいて、
    内側に円筒状のヨークによって保持される複数のコイルが設けられる本体部と、
    前記ヨーク内を軸方向に移動自在なロッドと、
    前記ロッドに軸方向に並んで保持され、前記複数のコイルと対向するように配設される複数の永久磁石と、
    前記本体部と前記ヨークとの相対回転を防止する回り止め部材と、を備え、
    前記ヨークの外周面には、前記回り止め部材が挿入される溝が軸線方向に設けられ、
    前記溝には、前記複数のコイルに接続される配線が収容されることを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。
  2. 前記回り止め部材は、前記ヨークの少なくともいずれか一方の端面に臨んで設けられることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
  3. 前記本体部は、内周に突出する突出部を有し、
    前記回り止め部材は、前記突出部に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
