試験は、花粉が比較的多い2015年4月上旬〜5月下旬の間に、花粉症に悩む30名を対象として行った。
試験方法として、実施例2の試験試料を対象者の頭上から、顔、髪などを含め上半身に浴びるように約5秒間噴霧させた。噴霧量は1.7〜5.1gに相当する。また、30名のうち20名の女性被験者には、普段通り化粧をした状態で試験試料を噴霧させた。被験者には2週間以上連用させ、通常通り生活させた。連用後、以下の評価項目の質問をし、回答を得た。

回答選択肢:

3-3. Long-term continuous test (performed in 2015)
A. Test Method The test was conducted on 30 people suffering from hay fever between the beginning of April 2015 and the end of May 2015, where pollen is relatively high.
As a test method, the test sample of Example 2 was sprayed from above the subject's head for about 5 seconds so as to bathe the upper body including the face and hair. The spray amount corresponds to 1.7 to 5.1 g. In addition, 20 female subjects out of 30 were sprayed with the test sample with makeup applied as usual. The subjects were allowed to live for 2 weeks or more and live as usual. After continuous use, we asked questions about the following evaluation items and obtained answers.

B.試験結果
質問2に対して、図3に示すように、68%の被験者が「感じた」と回答した。被験者数が増えても2014年に行った試験の単回使用のみならず、長期連用をしても効果が落ちることなく、継続して効果が得られることが分かった。従って、この連用試験でも、実施例2の試験試料によって被験者の表面への有害物質の付着が防止され、被験者の体内に取り込まれる花粉が低減されることを確認できた。
また、質問3に対して、図4に示すように、普段どおり化粧している状態で試験試料を噴霧させても、女性被験者全員が「化粧落ちしなかった」と回答した。従って、有害物質付着防止剤以外の化学品が塗布された対象表面であっても付着防止効果を得られ、化粧をしている場合でも違和感なく使用できることも確認された。
B. Test Results As shown in FIG. 3, 68% of the subjects answered “feel” to Question 2. It has been found that even if the number of subjects increases, not only the single use of the test conducted in 2014 but also the long-term continuous use does not decrease the effect and the effect can be continuously obtained. Therefore, even in this continuous test, it was confirmed that the test sample of Example 2 prevented harmful substances from adhering to the surface of the subject and reduced pollen taken into the subject's body.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, all the female subjects answered “no makeup was removed” even when the test sample was sprayed in a state where makeup was performed as usual, as shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, it was confirmed that even if the target surface was coated with a chemical other than the harmful substance adhesion preventing agent, the adhesion preventing effect was obtained, and that it could be used without a sense of incompatibility even when applying makeup.
