Abstract
Description
金属外囲器33は、陽極ターゲット20から放射されるX線を外部に導くためにX線窓34を有している。本実施形態では、X線窓は互いに対向するように金属外囲器33の側部に設けられている。
第2の実施形態に係るX線管1では、第1の実施形態のX線管1の保護部が保護部材で置き換えられている点が異なっている。
Claims (6)
- 高電圧の印加で電子を放出する陰極と、
前記陰極に対向し、当該陰極からの電子が射突されてX線を放出する陽極ターゲットと、
第1の開口部及び底部を有する有底形状に形成され、当該底部に前記陽極ターゲットが設置され、前記陽極ターゲットから放射されるX線を外部に放射するX線放窓を備えた金属外囲器と、
前記第1の開口部に当接される第2の開口部及び内部で前記陰極を保持する保持部を有するセラミック外囲器と、
前記金属外囲器と前記セラミック外囲器とを真空状態に気密接合する封着金属部と、
前記第1の開口部で、前記封着金属部と前記セラミック外囲器とを接合する接合部と、
前記接合部を前記陰極に直接的に晒さないように、前記接合部と前記陰極との間に介在され、前記接合部と前記陰極との間の放電を阻止して前記接合部を保護する保護部と、を備えるX線管。 - 前記接合部は、金属膜を蒸着して形成され、
前記保護部は、前記第2の開口部の一部が前記第1の開口部に嵌合されるように形成される、請求項1のX線管。 - 前記第1の開口部は、前記第2の開口部の一部が嵌合される段差を有するように形成され、前記陰極に直接的に晒さないように、前記段差が設けられる、請求項2のX線管。
- 前記接合部は金属膜を蒸着して形成され、
保護部材は前記陰極と前記接合部とを遮断するように前記陰極と前記接合部との間に設けられる、請求項1のX線管。 - 前記第1の開口部は、前記保護部材を接合するための段差を有し、
前記保護部材が前記段差に嵌合され、接合される請求項4のX線管。 - 前記第2の開口部は、前記保護部材を接合するための段差を有し、
前記保護部材が前記段差に嵌合され、接合される請求項4のX線管。
