Abstract
Description
The present disclosure relates to a hybrid vehicle including an engine and an electric motor as a power source and a control method thereof.
A hybrid vehicle including an engine and an electric motor as a driving power source is known. The electric motor is configured to be able to supply driving power by functioning as a motor using the electric power stored in the driving battery. Further, the electric motor functions as a generator at the time of deceleration, thereby converting the kinetic energy of the vehicle into electric energy and collecting it to charge the battery. In the hybrid vehicle, the engine and the electric motor are cooperatively controlled in accordance with the traveling state, whereby the operation time of the engine can be reduced and good fuel consumption performance can be obtained.
In this type of hybrid vehicle, there is a vehicle that is configured such that the generator is driven by the engine operation and the battery can be charged by providing the generator on the output shaft of the engine separately from the electric motor that is the driving power source. is there.
In the hybrid vehicle having the above-described configuration, when the engine is started and power is generated when the vehicle is stopped, the clutch is controlled to be disconnected by instructing the clutch provided between the engine and the drive shaft on the drive wheel side, Maintain a stop. However, when the clutch is stuck, there is a possibility that the clutch is actually in a connected state although a disconnection instruction is given to the clutch. In this case, when the engine is started for power generation, the power of the engine is transmitted not only to the generator but also to the drive wheels, and the driver may start unintentionally.
In view of the above circumstances, at least one embodiment of the present invention accurately determines whether or not a clutch provided between an engine and a drive wheel side is fixed in a hybrid vehicle including an engine and an electric motor as a driving power source. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid vehicle capable of preventing unintended vehicle start and a control method thereof.
(1) A hybrid vehicle according to at least one embodiment of the present invention is capable of connecting / disconnecting a drive shaft, an engine having an output shaft connected to a rotation shaft of a first electric motor, and the output shaft to the drive shaft. A clutch configured as described above, a clutch control unit that performs connection / disconnection operation control on the clutch, a second motor having a rotating shaft connected to the drive shaft, and a first motor control that controls the first motor And a detection unit that detects a rotation angle of a rotation shaft of the second electric motor, and an engine control unit that controls the engine. The first electric motor control unit is configured such that the clutch control unit disconnects from the clutch. When the instruction is given, control is performed so that the first electric motor is initially driven, and the engine control unit detects that the rotation angle detected by the detection unit exceeds a preset threshold value. Characterized in that it prohibits the starting of the engine.
According to the configuration of (1), when the clutch control unit issues a disconnection instruction to the clutch, first, the first electric motor having the rotation shaft connected to the output shaft of the engine is initially driven. Here, the rotating shaft is connected via a clutch to a drive shaft to which the rotating shaft of the second electric motor is connected. Therefore, even if the clutch control unit instructs the clutch to be disconnected, if the detection unit detects that the rotation shaft of the second electric motor is affected, the clutch is not actually disconnected, that is, it is locked. Is determined to have occurred. In this case, the engine control unit can prevent the vehicle from starting unexpectedly by prohibiting the start of the engine.
Note that the initial driving of the first electric motor described above means that the first electric motor is driven by a minute amount. Here, the minute amount means that the amount of movement of the vehicle becomes sufficiently small even when the first electric motor is driven and the power is transmitted to the drive shaft side due to the clutch being fixed. To do. For example, if the amount of movement of the vehicle is about several centimeters or the vehicle is shaken by the driver, the safety of the vehicle can be sufficiently ensured. However, the threshold value may be set to have a sufficiently large size so that it can be detected separately from vibrations generated in the vehicle itself due to other factors.
(2) In some embodiments, in the configuration of (1), the threshold is set in advance based on a rotation ratio of the rotation shaft of the second motor to the rotation shaft of the first motor.
According to the configuration of (2) above, the rotation shafts of the first motor and the second motor generally have a predetermined rotation ratio with each other when the clutch is in the engaged state. In this embodiment, by using a threshold value based on the rotation ratio, it is possible to accurately determine whether or not the clutch is stuck.
Needless to say, the present embodiment includes the case where the rotation ratio is “1” (that is, when the rotation speeds of the rotation shafts of the first motor and the second motor are the same).
(3) In some embodiments, in the configuration of (1) or (2), the vehicle is stopped with the engine stopped, and the first electric motor control unit is At the start, the first electric motor is controlled.
According to the configuration of (3) above, according to this embodiment, the engine control based on the drive control of the first motor and the rotation angle of the second motor detected by the detection unit is performed at the start of the hybrid vehicle. To do. Thereby, even when the clutch is fixed at the time of starting, it is possible to effectively prevent unintended start of the vehicle (for example, jumping out of the vehicle, etc.) due to the start of the engine.
(4) In some embodiments, in the configuration of (1) or (2), the first motor control unit controls the first motor when there is a power generation request for the first motor. .
According to the configuration of (4) above, the engine control based on the drive control of the first motor and the rotation angle of the second motor detected by the detection unit described above is performed when there is a power generation request for the first motor. . As a result, when it is determined that the clutch is stuck, starting the engine to generate the first electric motor is prohibited, so that the unintended start of the vehicle accompanying the engine start (for example, vehicle jumping out) Etc.) can be effectively prevented.
(5) A hybrid vehicle control method according to at least one embodiment of the present invention includes a drive shaft, an engine having an output shaft connected to a rotation shaft of a first electric motor, and the output shaft with respect to the drive shaft. A control method for a hybrid vehicle comprising: a clutch configured to be connectable / disengageable; a clutch control unit that controls connection / disconnection operation of the clutch; and a second electric motor having a rotary shaft connected to the drive shaft. And a step of controlling the first motor to be initially driven when a disconnection instruction is given to the clutch, and a step of detecting a rotation angle of the rotary shaft of the second motor, And a step of prohibiting starting of the engine when the detected rotation angle exceeds a preset threshold value.
According to the configuration of (5) above, the hybrid vehicle control method according to some embodiments of the present invention and the hybrid vehicle can be preferably implemented.
According to at least one embodiment of the present invention, in a hybrid vehicle including an engine and an electric motor as a driving power source, it is not intended by accurately determining whether a clutch provided between the engine and the drive wheel is fixed. A hybrid vehicle capable of preventing the vehicle from starting and a control method thereof can be provided.

The

The traveling

The electric power supply destination of the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The
In the
The
The

The
One end of the

The
Although not shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Next, the control content of the
First, the
When there is an engine start request (step S10: YES), the
If the initial driving amount of the
Subsequently, the
Subsequently, the
The threshold value stored in the
When the
In this case, the
In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that it replaces with the
When starting the
On the other hand, when the
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing an internal configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
As illustrated in FIG. 7, the power generation
As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the
As a method for determining whether the
