Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a radiation imaging system, a control device, a radiation imaging device, a control method, and a program.
In recent years, digitization of radiation images such as X-ray images in medical treatment has been advanced. By digitizing the radiation image, for example, the captured radiation image can be immediately confirmed on the display unit. A radiation imaging apparatus that forms an image by converting radiation into an electrical signal by a plurality of radiation detection elements arranged in a two-dimensional matrix has been put into practical use and is rapidly spreading. In a radiation imaging apparatus, for example, minute radiation detectors (sensors) in which a solid light detection element and a scintillator that converts radiation into visible light are stacked are arranged in a two-dimensional matrix. The elements constituting the radiation detector (sensor) convert the irradiated radiation into an electric signal (charge) corresponding to the irradiation amount. In general, a radiation imaging apparatus can store charges generated by radiation irradiation in an element by controlling a voltage applied to the photoelectric conversion element. Thereafter, the charge is read from the element by controlling to another voltage, and a radiation image is formed according to the accumulated charge.
For example, as in the radiation imaging system disclosed in
In the case of a radiation imaging system in which the radiation generation unit and the radiation imaging apparatus are not synchronized, the radiation generation unit can generate radiation regardless of the state of the radiation imaging apparatus. However, when radiation is irradiated in a state where the radiation imaging apparatus is not ready, the image quality of the radiation image may be deteriorated due to the influence of the charge remaining on the radiation imaging apparatus due to the irradiated radiation. In addition, even if there is no problem with the image quality of the radiation image as described above, if the radiation imaging system does not irradiate radiation, such as information on the subject to be irradiated is not fixed, There is also the possibility of giving unnecessary radiation exposure.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the number of unnecessary exposures to a subject caused by irradiation with radiation in a state where a radiation imaging system is not ready.
Therefore, the radiation imaging system of the present invention is a radiation imaging system including a radiation imaging device that detects radiation and captures a radiation image, and an imaging control device that controls the radiation imaging device, and the radiation imaging device includes: Detecting means for detecting radiation irradiation, wherein the imaging control device acquires detection information when radiation detection is detected by the detecting means during an imaging preparation period of the radiation imaging device; and Display control means for controlling display of notification to the user based on the detection information acquired by the acquisition means.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the frequency | count of useless exposure with respect to the to-be-photographed object which arises by irradiating with a radiation in the state where the radiation imaging system is not ready can be reduced.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of the
The
The
The imaging
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of the
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of a sensor in the
The photoelectric conversion element generates and accumulates charges according to the amount of incident radiation. The radiation that has passed through the subject has a distribution that depends on the amount of transmitted radiation that varies depending on the structure and lesions such as bones and internal organs inside the subject. These structures are converted into a charge distribution and accumulated in the photoelectric conversion element. As photoelectric conversion elements, various elements using amorphous silicon or polysilicon are known in addition to CCDs. In the present embodiment, a MIS type photodiode mainly composed of amorphous silicon disposed on an insulating substrate such as a glass substrate is used as the photoelectric conversion element, but a PIN type photodiode may be used. In addition, a direct type conversion element that directly converts radiation into charges can also be suitably used. As the switch element, a transistor having a control terminal and two main terminals is preferably used. In this embodiment, a thin film transistor (TFT) is used.
The pixels on the row on the two-dimensional
The
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of state transition of the
Step S202 indicates that the
Step S203 indicates that the
Step S204 indicates that the
FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an example of processing after the
In step S <b> 303, the
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an example of processing for notifying the user of detection information by the
In step S403, the
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of the content (login message) for each logged-in user according to the number of times of detection of radiation irradiation during the imaging preparation period. For example, for a normal user having a login ID, it is possible to change the contents of messages displayed by dividing each of them into three parts of 1 to 10 times, 11 to 30 times, 31 times or more. In addition, for example, for a guest user who does not have a login ID, it is possible to change the message content to be displayed by dividing into two parts of 31 times or more for 1 to 30 times. The number of detections used when changing the message content is not limited to the above number, and an arbitrary number can be set for each system. Further, the method of dividing the type of the login user is not limited to the above-described method of whether or not there is a login ID, and an arbitrary method can be set for each system. Also, the message content is not limited to the content shown in FIG. 7, and an arbitrary message can be set for each system.

FIG. 8B is a flowchart illustrating an example of processing for displaying a list of radiation irradiation detection times based on detection of radiation irradiation during the imaging preparation period. In step S601, the
