Description
Claims (20)
- フープ荷重支持の航空機用透明体であって、
少なくとも1つのポリマー層と、
前記少なくとも1つのポリマー層を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つの孔と、
前記少なくとも1つの孔内に位置し、前記少なくとも1つのポリマー層と直接接するブシュと
を備えた航空機用透明体。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー層が延伸アクリルを含む、請求項1に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー層は、第1の延伸アクリル層と、前記第1の層から間隔をあけて配置された第2の延伸アクリル層と、前記第1の延伸アクリル層と前記第2の延伸アクリル層との間のポリマー中間層とを有する、請求項1に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記第1の延伸アクリル層は、前記第2の延伸アクリル層とは異なる厚さを有する、請求項3に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記ブシュは、金属、セラミック、ポリマー及びこれらの組み合わせから選択された材料を含む、請求項1に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記孔はテーパ孔であり、前記ブシュはテーパ状の外側側壁を有する、請求項1に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記孔は円筒状の孔であり、前記ブシュは円筒状の外側側壁を有する、請求項1に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記ブシュは1度〜20度のテーパ角を有する、請求項6に記載された航空機用透明体。
- フープ荷重支持の航空機用透明体であって、
第1の主面及び第2の主面を有する第1の層と、
前記第1の層から間隔をあけて配置され、第3の主面及び第4の主面を有する第2の層と、
前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に位置するポリマー中間層と、
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層、並びに前記ポリマー中間層を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つの孔と、
前記孔内に位置し、前記第1の層及び前記第2の層の材料と直接接する外側側壁を有するブシュと
を備えた航空機用透明体。 - 前記第1の層及び前記第2の層のうちの少なくとも1つは延伸アクリルでできている、請求項9に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記第1の層及び前記第2の層は、0.51cm(0.2インチ)〜1.02cm(0.4インチ)の厚さを有する、請求項9に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記第1の層は前記第2の層とは異なる厚さを有する、請求項11に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記孔はテーパ孔であり、前記ブシュはテーパ状の外側側壁を有する、請求項9に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記孔は円筒状の孔であり、前記ブシュは円筒状の外側側壁を有する、請求項9に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記ブシュは、金属、セラミック、ポリマー及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された材料を含む、請求項9に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 荷重支持の航空機用透明体であって、
第2の延伸アクリル層から間隔をあけて配置された第1の延伸アクリル層と、
前記第1の延伸アクリル層と前記第2の延伸アクリル層との間に位置するポリマー中間層と、
前記第1の延伸アクリル層、前記第2の延伸アクリル層、及び前記ポリマー中間層を貫通して延在し、内壁を有する少なくとも1つの孔と、
前記孔内に位置し、前記孔の前記内壁と直接接する外側側壁を有する金属ブシュと
を備えた航空機用透明体。 - 前記孔の内壁はテーパ状になっており、前記ブシュはテーパ状の外側側壁を有する、請求項16に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 前記孔の内壁は円筒状であり、前記ブシュは円筒状の外側側壁を有する、請求項16に記載された航空機用透明体。
- 少なくとも1つの延伸アクリル層を有し、少なくとも1つの孔が前記少なくとも層内に位置して内壁を有する航空機用透明体においてフープ荷重を伝達する方法であって、
外側側壁を有するブシュを、前記ブシュの前記外側側壁が前記孔の前記内壁に直接接するように、前記孔内に提供することを含む方法。 - 前記孔はテーパ孔であり、前記ブシュはテーパ状の外側側壁を有する、請求項19に記載された透明体。
